| Summary, etc. | المنطق القانوني يؤدي دورًا مهمًّا ومحوريًّا في ضبط آلية الفكر القانوني في مراحله المختلفة, فمن حيث صياغة القانون يتم الرجوع إليه لضمان صياغة نصوص تشريعية متسقة ومنطقية عن طريق تحديد العلاقات بين النصوص التشريعية وبعضها البعض، وضمان عدم وجود تناقضات بينها, وقاعدة المنطق العلمي تحمي نصوص التشريع من الوقوع في عيوب الصياغة التشريعية. <br/>وفي مجال تفسير نصوص التشريع, نجد المنطق القانوني يدفع المفسرين والقضاة لتفسير النصوص التشريعية بشكل صحيح, ويساعد المنطق في فهم النصوص وتطبيقها على الوقائع بشكل يتماشى مع روح التشريع والحكمة من ورائه. فهو الأداة الأساسية التي تضمن صياغة القوانين وتفسيرها، وأخيرًا تطبيقها بشكل صحيح وعادل؛ فينتج عن ذلك تحقيق العدالة والمساواة والوصول لأهداف السياسة التشريعية التي تبتغيها الدولة من وراء صياغة قوانينها. |

| Summary, etc. | Legal logic plays an important and pivotal role in regulating the mechanism of legal thought in its various stages. In terms of drafting laws, it is referred to ensure the drafting of consistent and logical legislative texts by determining the relationships between legislative texts and ensuring there are no contradictions among them. The rule of scientific logic protects legislative texts from falling into the pitfalls of legislative drafting defects. In the field of interpreting legislative texts, legal reasoning drives interpreters and judges to correctly interpret legislative texts. Logic helps in understanding the texts and applying them to facts in a manner consistent with the spirit of the legislation and the wisdom behind it. It is the fundamental tool that ensures the formulation, interpretation, and ultimately the correct and fair application of laws, resulting in the achievement of justice and equality, and the attainment of the legislative policy objectives that the state seeks through the formulation of its laws. |
