| Summary, etc. | هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على دور وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في إدارة الأزمات خاصة لذوى القدرات والهمم حيث ان العالم يشهد ثورة معلومات واتصالات جعلت استخدام مجالات الانترنت ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لها دور هام في تجنب الازمات او التخلص منها اثناء حدوثها والحد من نتائجها السلبية، حيث تهدف الدولة ممثلة وزارة الشباب والرياضة إلى تنمية المجتمع من خلال تطبيق مبدأ تكافؤ الفرص بين ذوى القدرات والهمم والاسوياء للحد من النزاعات والخلافات التي يمكن أن تقع بين الأفراد بسبب شعورهم بفقدان حقوقهم، أو إحساسهم بانعدام العدالة الاجتماعية والمساواة، مما يخلق أزمات ومشكلات تستدعي توفير منظومة معلوماتية قادرة على فهم الازمات وادارتها حتى تستطيع الإدارة العليا اتخاذ القرارات المناسبة في الوقت المناسب وخلصت الدراسة الى التوصيات الأتية: 1)أهمية أن يتوافر لدي وزارة الشباب والرياضة وسائل تواصل اجتماعي قوية متعددة تساعد في الوصول الي ذوى القدرات والهمم بصورة أكبر للمساعدة على حل مشكلاتهم، وتشجيع المشاركة النشطة للجمهور والتفاعل مع المحتوى المتعلق بالإجراءات الوقائية من خلال طرح الأسئلة، واستطلاع آراء الجمهور، وتشجيعهم على مشاركة تجاربهم ونصائحهم. 2)أهمية وجود آليات تساعد على تجنب حدوث ازمة او مشكلة عند التنبؤ بها مثل تنظيم البث المباشر على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لتقديم جلسات توعوية حية تتضمن شرحًا مفصلًا للإجراءات الوقائية والإجابة على أسئلة الجمهور. 3)تفعيل دورة إدارات الازمات في المؤسسات والوزارات المختلفة ومنها وزارة الشباب والرياضة للحفاظ على سمعة الوزارة من خلال التواصل المستمر مع المتابعين لصفحة الوزارة والمشاركين في أنشطتها لتوضيح الحقائق والمعلومات الصحيحة حول الأزمة |

| Summary, etc. | The study aimed to identify the role of social media in managing crises, especially since the world is witnessing a rapid transformation in the social, political, economic and environmental aspects in light of the information and communications revolution, which has become a measure of the progress or backwardness of countries, which has made the use of the Internet and social media have an important role, In avoiding crises or getting rid of them during their occurrence and reducing their negative consequences through the availability of sound information to reach positive decisions that contribute to resolving crises. The study concluded several recommendations, including: 1) The importance of the Ministry of Youth and Sports having multiple powerful social media tools that help it reach its customers in a greater way to help solve their problems. 2) The importance of having mechanisms that help avoid the occurrence of a crisis or problem when it is predicted, such as organizing awareness sessions for raising awareness and education using visual, audio and text messages, pictures and illustrations. 3) Activating the crisis management cycle in various institutions and ministries, including the Ministry of Youth and Sports, to preserve the ministry’s reputation through continuous communication with followers of the ministry’s page to clarify the correct facts and information about the crisis. The study reached several results, including the existence of a direct, statistically significant relationship to the role of social media in resolving disability crises, which confirms the validity of this hypothesis, as it was shown that the greater the use of social media, the greater the ability to manage and solve crises and problems related to people with abilities and disabilities. |
