| Summary, etc. | The fabrication of the sensor AuNPs/poly(NA)-BGE was conducted in the easy electropolymerization and electrodeposition methods. The sensor was characterized by different techniques. AuNPs/poly(NA)-BGE sensor for selective and sensitive detection of BF was developed. The sensor was fabricated using a BGE modified with poly(NA) electropolymerized from -1.0 V to 1.7 V at 50 mV/s scan rate for ten cycles and electrodeposited AuNPs at constant potential of −0.4 V for 30 s. “The AuNPs/poly(NA)-BGE sensor showed a better conductivity and high surface area to detect 30.035µg /mL of BF at pH 6.0, at accumulation time 40s, accumulation potential-0.4 V and scan rate 0.05 V/S .The results of SEM,AFM and TEM analysis indicated the formation of two different layers on the BGE which led to an increase of the root mean square roughness of the surface. The proposed sensor showed a wide linearity range of 3.00×10-3 to 30.03 µg/mL for BF determination with a LOD of 3.3 ×10-11 M (9.91×10-6 µg/mL) and LOQ of 1.00 ×10-10 M (3.00×10-5 µg/mL)”, the sensor was found to be sensitive and precise for determination of BF in BF in Kenyan green and black tea, strawberry, tomato, cucumber and its commercial formulation Duramite® 24% SC with acceptable values with recovery range 96.3%–102.6% and RSD 0.17%–0.64 % which indicates it promising applicability for the sensitive and fast detection of BF in different samples and the possibility of its use in regulatory food testing agencies.<br/><br/> |

| Summary, etc. | Bifenazate (BF) :هو نوع من مبيدات الكربامات فعالة في التحكم في طفيليات العث على المحاصيل ونباتات الزينة في هذا العمل تم تطبيق قطب جرافيت جاف من بطارية الزنك والكربون المعاد تدويره مزين بجزيئات نانو الذهب/حمض النيكوتينيك المتعدد AuNPs/poly (NA) –BGE كقطب يعمل للقياس الكهروكيميائي للبيفينازات (BF). تم تشغيل القطب الكهربائي (BGE) بواسطة 10 دورات فولتامترية كهربية لبولي حمض النيكوتينيك (NA) بعد 30 ثانية من الترسب الأمبرومتري لجسيمات الذهب النانوية (AuNPs) لإنتاج الإجراء النهائي AuNPs/poly(NA)-BGE . تم إجراء التوصيف الكهروكيميائي والمورفولوجي للمستشعر في خطوات إنتاجه المختلفة باستخدام التحليل الطيفي للمعاوقة الكهروكيميائية (EIS)، والمقاييس الفولتية الحلقية (CV)، والمسح المجهري الإلكتروني (SEM)، والفحص المجهري للقوة الذرية (AFM). أظهر المستشعر نطاقًا خطيًا من (10-4 To10-8) مولاريه يعادل (30.035 إلى -3 103.00× } جرام / ملي ليتر مع حدود الكشف عن LOD التي تساوي ((9.91×10-6 ) ميكرو جرام / ملي و LOQ التي تساوي (3.00×10-5) ميكرو جرام/ملي <br/> أخيرًا مع نطاق استعادة يبلغ (96.3٪ -102.6٪) و RSD يبلغ (0.17%-0.64%)) تم تحديد البيفينازات في الشاي الكيني الأخضر والأسود والفراولة والطماطم والخيار وصياغته التجارية Duramite® 24٪ SC بنجاح مما يشير إلى قابلية التطبيق الواعدة للمستشعر المقدم في مصفوفة مختلفة.<br/> |
