| Summary, etc. | ركزت هذه الرسالة على إجراء دراسة تجريبية وتطبيقية لتقييم مدى تأثير العوامل المختلفة التي تتعرض لها العظام في بيئة الدفن، والتي تشمل العوامل الفيزيائية والكيميائية والبيولوجية، بالإضافة إلى العوامل البشرية التي تُسهم بدورها إما في تلف وتدهور حالة الآثار أو في طرق حفظها وصيانتها وتخزينها. وفيما يتعلق بمظاهر التغيرات الناتجة عن الحالات المرضية للعظام والتي قد تؤثر على حالة العظام، فهناك بعض الأمراض التي تتشابه آثارها على العظام مع تلك الناتجة عن ظروف الدفن البيئية المختلفة، مع مقارنة مظاهر كل منها، من خلال استخدام أساليب فحص وتحليل مختلفة |

| Summary, etc. | This thesis focused on conducting an experimental and applied study to evaluate the extent of the impact of the various factors to which bones are exposed in the burial environment, which includes physical, chemical and biological factors, in addition to the human factors that in turn contribute to either damage and deterioration of the condition of the antiquity or methods of preserving, maintaining and storing it. With regard to the manifestations of changes resulting from pathological conditions of the bones that may have an impact on the condition of the bones, there are some diseases whose effects on the bones are similar to those resulting from different environmental burial <br/>conditions. With a comparison between the appearances of each, through the use of different examination and analysis methods. |
