Summary, etc.	انطلقت هذه الدراسة من إشكالية رئيسية تتمثل في وهي تزايد اتجاه المواقع الإلكترونية الصحفية الاحترافية، إلى استخدام الوسائط المتعددة في إنتاج القصص الصحفية عبر الوسائط الرقمية، وذلك في ظل تحولات شهدتها بيئة الإعلام المعاصرة، ولهذا السبب استهدفت الدراسة رصد وتحليل وتفسير نظم وأنماط وأهداف استخدام القائمين بالاتصال في المواقع الإلكترونية للسرد القصصي الرقمي في إنتاج المحتوى الصحفي، وأثر استخدام تقنيات وأدوات السرد القصصي الرقمي في إنتاج المحتوى، على العمليات المعرفية لدى جمهور المستخدمين، من حيث تذكرهم للمحتوى" توظيف الوسائط المتعددة في إنتاج القصص الصحفية، بالتطبيق على موقع "مصراوي"، وبالاستناد إلى نظرية "ثراء وسائل الاتصال". وكذلك الأبعاد المهنية والأخلاقية لذلك التوظيف. بالإضافة إلى تحليل الأدوار الوظيفية لفرق إنتاج القصص الرقمية بالوسائط المتعددة. وذلك عبر إجراء تحليل مضمون كمي وكيفي، ومقابلات متعمقة مع القائمين بالاتصال. كما عملت الدراسة على استكشاف الأثر المعرفي لاستخدام الوسائط المتعددة في سرد القصص الصحفية رقميا، على الجمهور، وذلك من خلال تطبيق نموذج "التعلم بالوسائط المتعددة"، المعروف في دراسات التربية وعلم النفس، وغير المألوف استخدامه في دراسات الإعلام. ومن هذا الهدف السابق، اُشتقت الدراسة التجريبية، حيث كان الهدف، من خلال أربع مجموعات، تجريبيتين، وضابطتين، هو معرفة الفروق في درجة تذكر الجمهور لتفاصيل القصة الصحفية، التي تم إعدادها بأسلوب السرد القصصي الرقمي، وذلك من خلال اختبار تأثير استخدام تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي في إنتاج القصص الصحفية، استنادا إلى "النموذج الموحد لقبول واستخدام التكنولوجيا"، ومن خلال اختبار تأثير استخدام الوسيط الصوتي والوسيط النصي معا، مقابل اختبار تأثير استخدام الوسيط الصوتي فقط، استنادا إلى "نظرية تمثيل المعلومات".

Summary, etc.	This study started from a main problem represented by the increasing trend of professional journalistic websites towards using multimedia in producing journalistic stories via digital media, in light of the transformations witnessed in the contemporary media environment. For this reason, the study aimed to monitor, analyze and interpret the systems, patterns and objectives of communicators’ use. On digital storytelling websites in producing journalistic content, and the impact of using digital storytelling techniques and tools in producing content on the cognitive processes of the user audience, in terms of their recall of the content.” Employing multimedia in producing journalistic stories, on “Masrawy” website, and based on the theory of “Media Richness”. As well as the professional and ethical dimensions of that employment. In addition to analyzing the functional roles of multimedia digital story production teams. This is done by conducting quantitative and qualitative content analysis, and in-depth interviews with communicators. The study also worked to explore the cognitive impact of using multimedia in telling journalistic stories digitally on the audience, by applying the “multimedia learning” model, which is known in education and psychology studies, and is not commonly used in media studies. From this previous goal, the experimental study was derived, where the goal, through four groups, two experimental and two control, was to find out the differences in the degree to which the public remembers the details of the news story, which was prepared in a digital storytelling style, by testing the effect of using artificial intelligence technology. In producing journalistic stories, based on the “Unified Model for Acceptance and Use of Technology,” and by testing the effect of using the audio medium and the text medium together, versus testing the effect of using the audio medium only, based on the “Theory of Information Processing.”
