Summary, etc. This research examines the relationship between organizational justice, work-life balance, and the intention to leave among bank employees in Egypt. <br/>The results of the research expose significant negative correlations between organizational justice dimensions (Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice, Interactional Justice) and the intention to leave among bank employees. Similarly, strong negative relationships were found between work-life balance factors (Work-Life Conflict, Family-Life Conflict) and the intention to leave. <br/>Findings indicate a notable relationship between levels of work-life balance and the retention rates of employees within banks in Egypt, the research data underscores the importance of fostering a culture of fairness and promoting work-life balance initiatives to reduce employee turnover within the Egyptian banking industry.<br/>Based on the research recommendations are proposed to improve employee intentions toward their work within Egyptian banks. These recommendations include implementing training programs for managers, developing policies for promoting work-life balance, conducting regular surveys to assess the effectiveness of initiatives, and exploring flexible work arrangements. The study also suggests future research directions to further investigate mentorship programs, job design strategies, leadership styles, and the impact of technology on work-life balance and turnover intention in the banking industry in Egypt.

Summary, etc. تتناول هذه الدراسة اثر العدالة التنظيمية وتوازن العمل والحياة، علي نية ترك العمل بين موظفي البنوك في مصر.<br/> تكشف نتائج البحث عن علاقات سلبية مهمة بين أبعاد العدالة التنظيمية (العدالة التوزيعية، العدالة الإجرائية، العدالة التفاعلية) ونية ترك العمل بين موظفي البنوك. بالمثل، تُظهر العلاقات السلبية القوية بين عوامل التوازن بين العمل والحياة (متطلبات العمل ومتطلبات الحياة العائلية) ونية ترك العمل . <br/>و تشير النتائج إلى وجود علاقة قوية بين مستويات توازن العمل والحياة ومعدلات الاحتفاظ بالموظفين داخل البنوك في مصر، وتؤكد بيانات البحث على أهمية تعزيز ثقافة العدالة التننظميه وتعزيز مبادرات التوازن بين متطلبات العمل والحياة لتقليل نسبة ترك الموظفين العمل وخصوصا في القطاع المصرفي البنوك في مصر.<br/> بناءً على البحث، تُقترح توصيات لتحسين توجهات ونية الموظفين تجاه عملهم داخل البنوك المصرية. تشمل هذه التوصيات تنفيذ برامج تدريب للمديرين، ووضع سياسات لتعزيز توازن العمل والحياة، وإجراء استطلاعات دورية لتقييم فعالية المبادرات، واستكشاف الترتيبات المرنة للعمل. <br/>كما تقترح الدراسة اتجاهات بحثية مستقبلية لاستكشاف برامج الإرشاد، واستراتيجيات تصميم الوظائف، وأنماط القيادة، وتأثير التكنولوجيا على توازن العمل والحياة ونية التحويل في صناعة البنوك في مصر.
