Summary, etc.	هدف الدراسة: رصد وتحليل أُطر تناول أنماط الجرائم الإلكترونية عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وخاصةً المتعلقة بالقطاع البنكي المصري، والتعرف على مدي وعي الجهور المصري بها وسلوكهم نحوها.<br/>الإطار النظري: صممت الباحثة في إطار هذه الدراسة نموذج علمي اعتمدت في تكوينه على مجموعة من النماذج والمتغيرات التي تم دراستها في عدد من الدراسات الأوروبية والعربية، بالإضافة إلى الاعتماد على نظرية التأطير الإعلامي " frame analysis theory". منهجية الدراسة: تعتمد الدراسة الحالية على منهج دراسة الحالة وفى إطار دراسة الحالة استعانت بمجموعة من الأدوات البحثية لجمع البيانات والمتمثلة في صحيفة الاستقصاء على 400 مفردة من عملاء البنوك المصرية من الفئات العمرية المختلفة واستمارة تحليل المضمون لصفحة الفيس بوك الرسمية لعدد 4 بنوك مصرية من القطاع العام والخاص المهتمين بتوعية عملائهم عبر صفحاتهم الرسمية عن الجرائم الإلكترونية وهما "بنك مصر والبنك الأهلي وبنك cib وبنك Qnb الأهلي". نتائج الدراسة: توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، أبرزها: 1-توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الوعي بالجريمة في القطاع المصرفي وخبرة المستخدم. 2-توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الوعي بالجريمة في القطاع المصرفي والمعرفة بالجريمة الإلكترونية. 3- توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الوعي بالجريمة في القطاع المصرفي والاتجاه نحو الجريمة الإلكترونية. 4- توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الوعي بالجريمة في القطاع المصرفي والنية السلوكية المدركة. 5- توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الوعي بالجريمة في القطاع المصرفي وسلوك العملاء. 6- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المبحوثين عينة الدراسة بحسب الفئات العمرية والوعي بالجريمة الإلكترونية في القطاع المصرفي.

Summary, etc.	to monitor and analyze frameworks for dealing with patterns of cybercrime through social media sites, especially those related to the Egyptian banking sector, and to identify the extent of the Egyptian public’s awareness of them and their behavior towards them. Theoretical framework: Within the framework of this study, the researcher designed a scientific model based on a set of models and variables that were studied in a few European and Arab studies, in addition to relying on frame analysis theory. Study methodology: The current study relies on the case study approach, and within the framework of the case study, it used a set of research tools to collect data, represented by a survey sheet on 400 individual Egyptian bank customers from different age groups, and a content analysis form for the official Facebook page of 4 Egyptian banks from the sector. Public and private companies interested in educating their customers through their official pages about cybercrimes are “Bank of Egypt, National Bank, CIB Bank, and QNB National Bank.” Study results: The study reached several results, most notably: 1- There is a statistically significant relationship between crime awareness in the banking sector and user experience. 2-There is a statistically significant relationship between awareness of crime in the banking sector and knowledge of electronic crime. 3- There is a statistically significant relationship between awareness of crime in the banking sector and the trend towards electronic crime. 4- There is a statistically significant relationship between awareness of crime in the banking sector and perceived behavioral intention. 5- There is a statistically significant relationship between awareness of crime in the banking sector and customer behavior. 6- There are statistically significant differences among the study sample respondents according to age groups and awareness of cybercrime in the banking sector.
