| Summary, etc. | Aim: The aim of this clinical study was to compare clinical success and survival rate of <br/>endodontically treated teeth restored with indirect composite system and the other restored <br/>wih direct Composite resin using Modified USPHS criteria after a two- year follow up. <br/>Methodology: A total of 120 participants who underwent endodontic treatment for OD <br/>cavities in permanent molars were divided into two groups according to the type of permanent <br/>restoration after endodontic treatment , first Group n=60 have direct Filtek Z350 XT Resin <br/>Composite restoration, Second Group n=60 have indirect restoration on Flexible Model <br/>GrandioSo Inlay System. Both groups have standerdized cavity preparation , OD cavities and <br/>remaining walls thickness not less than 2mm measured with Calibar , cavity Optimization <br/>with bulk fill Flowable Composite 1.5 mm fill pulp chamber , for intervention group the <br/>nanohybrid resin composite GrandioSo, was applied On the silicon die then cemented with <br/>Dual curing adhesive resin cement Bifix QM, for direct restoration group Filtek™ Z350 XT <br/>packable resin composite was applied after matricing and wedging using centripetal <br/>technique. The restorations were evaluated using the modified USPHS criteria at baseline,6 <br/>months, 12 months and 24 months. <br/>Results: there was a statistical significant difference between the inlay and direct restorations <br/>regarding the marginal adaptation, while marginal discoloration and secondary caries there <br/>was no statistical significant difference at different follow up intervals. <br/><br/> <br/><br/><br/> <br/><br/>vii <br/><br/> Conclusion: The GrandioSo Inlay System had better clinical relevance than direct restoration <br/>so it is considered the perfect choice restoration option for restoring Class II cavities in <br/>endodontically treated molar teeth while the thickness of remaining Cusps is not less than <br/>2mm |

| Summary, etc. | كان الهدف من هذه الدراسة السريرية هو مقارنة النجاح السريري ومعدل البقاء على قيد الحياة للأسنان المعالجة اللبية التي تم ترميمها بنظام مركب غير مباشر والآخر المستعاد باستخدام الراتنج المركب المباشر باستخدام معاييرالمعدلة بعد متابعة لمدة عامين.<br/>تم تقسيم ما مجموعه مائه و عشرون مشاركا خضعوا للمعالجة اللبية لتجاويف الجانبيه في الاضراس الدائمه الى مجموعتين وفقا لنوع الترميم الدائم بعد المعالجة اللبية ، المجموعة الأولى لديهم ترميم غير مباشر على نظام ترصيع للنموذج المرن و المجموعة الثانية الحشو المباشر للراتنج نانو التهجين وقد تم استخدام مادتي البحث وفقا لتعليمات الشركات المصنعه وتم تقييم الترميمات بعد سته اشهر وعام وعامين.<br/>وقد أظهرت نتائج التقييم بعد التحليل الإحصائي لنتائج الترميمات في المجموعتين وجود اختلاف ذو دلالة احصائية بين مادتى الترميم في جميع القياسات تكامل الحافة والتسوس الثانوي وتغير لون الحافه<br/>بعد مراعاة قيود هذه الدراسة كانت الاستنتاجات كالآتي : الأداء السريري لحشوات الراتنج النانو متري الغير مباشر مقابل الحشوات المباشرة للراتنج نانو التهجين في الحشو الجانبي المعقد للطواحن كان مقبولا و ناجحا خلال تجربة سريرية عشوائيه لمده عامين.<br/>تأثرت الاستعادة المباشرة للأسنان المعالجة اللبية باستخدام مركب راتنج النانو التهجين بمرور الوقت مع اداء سريري اقل قبولاا. |
