Summary, etc.  تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم تصور الموظفين والمرضى لجودة الخدمات المقدمة في المستشفيات، مع التركيز على مدى استجابة الخدمة لإحتياجات المريض المقيم، لا سيما حقه في معرفة نوعية العلاج قبل تناوله.<br/> بالرغم من تطبيق المستشفى محل الدراسة لمبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة، إلا أن هناك فجوة بين الممارسات الحالية ومتطلبات ضمان سلامة المريض ومركزيته في عملية الرعاية.<br/> تم تجميع وتحليل البيانات ميدانياً لـــ [318] حالة بمختلف التخصصات والمستويات الإدارية والأقسام، وتم اختيار عدد (249) إستمارة صالحة، رُصد منها عدد [31] طبيباً و [20] موظف و [198] مريض، وذلك بغرض تحديد أوجه القصور في تطبيق مبدأ التركيز على المريض.<br/> من المتوقع أن تساهم نتائج هذه الدراسة في تطوير منظومة متكاملة لتدريب الكادر التمريضي على أهمية تعريف المريض وإخباره بنوعية العلاج قبل إعطائه لأن ذلك حق اصيل للمريض وبند اساسى فى معايير الجوده اللازمه لأخذ أى اعتماد فى جودة المنشاءات الصحية، و بالتالى رفع مؤشرات السلامة والجودة في المستشفيات ، وتعزيز ثقة المرضى في الخدمات المقدمة، وذلك من خلال إدخال آلية تسجيل صوتي إلكترونية موثقة تقيد أطقم التمريض بإتباع البرتوكول الخاص بموضوع البحث والمذكور تفصيلاً أدناه.<br/>

For this purpose, a field study was conducted with the participation of a group of about 318 doctors, employees, and patients in various specialties, administrative levels, and departments, and 31 doctors and 20 employees were monitored among them And 198 patients. The study concluded with results and recommendations, the most important of which is the creation of an integrated system, including a training program for nursing to train on pressing a button in the patient’s room to record his name and the type of treatment before giving him any treatment.
