| Summary, etc. | هدف هذا البحث إلى تنمية مهارات الكتابة (كتابة التقرير السياسي) لمتعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بغيرها في المستوى المتقدم، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قام الباحث ببناء استبانة بمهارات الكتابة المناسبة (اختبار مهارات كتابة (التقرير السياسي) لمتعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بغيرها لأغراض سياسية في المستوى المتقدم)، كما قام الباحث بإعداد برنامج قائم على مدخل الأغراض الخاصة السياسية لتنمية هذه المهارات، واستخدم الباحث المنهجين الوصفي وشبه التجريبي وذلك لتطبيق البرنامج وأدوات البحث على المجموعة البحثية والتي بلغت (9) متعلمين من الوافدين السياسيين.<br/>وأظهرت نتائج البحث وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا بين متوسطي درجات المتعلمين في التطبيق القبلي البعدي لاختبار مهارات الكتابة عند مستوى 0,05 لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج قدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.<br/>أهداف البحث:<br/>يهدف هذا البحث إلى تنمية مهارات الكتابة لمتعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بغيرها في المستوى المتقدم العاملين بالمجال السياسي وذلك عن طريق :-<br/>1- تحديد مهارات الكتابة المناسبة للسياسيين متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بغيرها.<br/>2- تحديد المتوافر من مهارات الكتابة للسياسيين متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بغيرها.<br/>3- بناء البرنامج قائم على تنمية مهارات الكتابة لمتعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بغيرها في المستوى المتقدم العاملين بالمجال السياسي.<br/>4- تحديد فاعلية البرنامج القائم على تنمية مهارات الكتابة لدى متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بغيرها في المستوى المتقدم العاملين بالمجال السياسي.<br/>عينة البحث :<br/> شملت مجموعة البحث على تسعة من متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بغيرها في المستوى المتقدم العاملين بالمجال السياسي مِن جِنسياتٍ مُختَلِفَةٍ، الذين يدرسون بالمعاهد التعليمية والمنشآت العسكرية بالقوات المسلحة.<br/> أدوات البحث:<br/>استلزم هذا البحث بناء الأدوات والمواد التعليمية الآتية:<br/>1 - استبانة مهارات الكتابة المناسبة لمتعلمي اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها في المستوى المتقدم العاملين بالمجال السياسي.<br/>2 - اختبار مهارات الكتابة ويتضمن بطاقة استثارة للعاملين في المجال السياسي وبطاقة تحليل كتابات المتعلمين ومستوى تقدير لتقييم أداء الطلاب في مهارات الكتابة .<br/>3 - البرنامج المقترح القائم على الأغراض الخاصة .<br/>4 - كتاب الطالب.<br/>5 - دليل المعلم.<br/> |

| Summary, etc. | The objective of this research is developing the writing skills (writing a political report) for non-native Arabic language learners at the advanced level. In order to achieve this objective, the researcher established a survey of the suitable writing skills (writing skills for non-native Arabic language learners at the advanced level test). Furthermore, the researcher prepared a program based on the political special purposes approach to develop these skills and used the descriptive and semi experimental approaches with the aim of applying the program and the research tools on a research group of (9) political expatriates learners. The results showed a statistically distinctive difference between the average grades of learners in the pre and post application of the writing skills test at 0.05 in favor of the post-application. In light of these results, the researcher made a range of recommendations and suggestions. <br/>research aims:<br/>This research aims at developing writing skills for non-native Arabic language learners at the advanced level who work in the political field through: <br/>1- Determining suitable writing skills for politicians who are non-native Arabic language learners. <br/>2- Determining the available writing skills possessed by politicians who are non-native Arabic language learners. <br/>3- Creating a program based on developing the writing skills for non-native Arabic language learners at the advanced level who work in the political field. <br/>4- Determining the effectiveness of the program based on developing the writing skills for non-native Arabic language learners at the advanced level who work in the political field.<br/>Research tools:<br/>The researcher prepared the following research tools and educational materials: <br/>1- Surveying the suitable writing skills for non-native Arabic language learners at the advanced level working in the political field.<br/>2- Writing skills exam that includes an analysis card for the writings of the learners as well as a grading scheme to assess the performance of the students in writing skills.<br/>3- The proposed program based on special purposes. <br/>4- Student book.<br/>5- Teacher’s handbook. <br/>Key Words:<br/>- Program <br/>- Writing skills <br/>- Non-native Arabic language learners at the advanced level <br/>- Special purposes approach<br/> |
