| Summary, etc. | The study aimed to evaluate the effect of adding yeast (Y) or enzyme (FEN) or their mixture (1:1) at different levels (1, 2, 3 g/kg fodder) on rumen parameters (PH, ammonia, chort chain fatty acids, gas produced) from during an in vitro experiment (the first experiment), as well as on the extent of food utilisation and its effect on milk production for dairy buffaloes, through an in vivo farm experiment (the second experiment): The results of the first experiment showed that adding 2 gm (FEN) or 3 gm (Y), or all levels of their mixture, led to The concentration of SCFA, NH3-N, CO2, and gas production increased significantly (P<0.05), while the pH value and the CH4 of ruminal liquor reduced insignificantly compared with the control group. The digestibility of DM, OM, CP, and CF improved significantly (P<0.05) when adding 2 g (FEN) and 3 g (Y), while the effect of adding their mixture was better than the treatments. The addition of 2 gm (FEN) and 3 gm (Y) led to a significant increase (P < 0.05) in the digestibility of NDF, ADF, ADL, hemicellulose, and cellulose compared with the control. Adding Y was more effective than FEN. The improvement in digestibility was also observed at the level of 2 gm of the mixture. Second trial, 24 buffaloes were used (during the third and fifth lactation seasons). Divided into four groups (6 animals per group). The animals were fed four different diets: control (C), control with the addition of fibrolytic enzymes (FEN) (2g/kg fodder) (T1), and control with the addition of yeast (Y) (3g/kg fodder) (T2) and the control diet with the addition of a mixture of fibrolytic enzymes and yeast (Y+FEN) (2 g/kg fodder) (1 g Y and 1 g FEN) (T3) . Improvement in buffalo performance, feed utilisation rate, rumen measurements, digestibility, blood measurements, and milk production through diets supplemented with Y, FEN, and their mixture. However, mixing yeast and enzymes gave the best results. It is recommended to use a mixture of Y and FEN because of their positive effects on the performance of Egyptian buffaloes. |

| Summary, etc. | استهدفت الدراسة تقييم تاثير اضافه الخميرة(Y) او الانزيم (FEN) او كلاهما (1:1) بمستويات مختلفة (1،2،3 جم/كجم علف) على مقاييس الكرش (الحموضه-الامونيا-الاحماض الدهنية الطيارة-الغاز الناتج) من خلال تجربة معملية in vitro (التجربة الاولى) وكذلك على مدى الاستفادة من الغذاء وتأثيره على انتاج اللبن للجاموس الحلاب من خلال تجربة مزرعية in vivo (التجربة الثانية): أظهرت نتائج التجربة الاولى أن إضافة 2 جرام (FEN) أو 3 جرام (Y) اوجميع مستويات خليطهما أدى إلى زيادة تركيز SCFA وNH3-N وCO2 وإنتاج الغاز الكلى معنويا (P<0.05) بينما انخفضت قيمة الرقم الهيدروجيني (PH) و انخفضت قيمة CH4 من سائل الكرش معنويا (P<0.05) مقارنة مع مجموعة الكنترول كما تحسنت قابلية الهضم لكلا من DM, OM, CP و CF معنويا (P<0.05) عند إضافة 2 جرام (FEN) و 3 جرام (Y) بينما كان تأثير إضافة خليطهما افضل من اضافة كلا منهما منفردا. أدت إضافة 2 جرام (FEN) او 3 جرام (Y) إلى زيادة معنوية (P <0.05) في قابلية هضم NDF، ADF، ADL، الهيمسيلولوز والسليلوز مقارنة مع الكنترول. كان لإضافة Y فاعلية اكبر من FEN. كما لوحظ التحسن في قابلية الهضم عند مستوى 2 جرام من الخليط . اجريت التجربة الثانية باستخدام 24 جاموسه (خلال موسمي الرضاعة الثالث والخامس). قسمت الى اربع مجاميع (6 حيوانات/مجموعة) تمت تغذية الحيوانات على اربع أنظمة غذائية مختلفة: الكنترول (C)، الكنترول مع إضافة الانزيمات المحلله للالياف 2)(FEN) جم / كجم علف) (T1)، الكنترول مع إضافة الخميرة 3)(Y) جم / كجم علف) (T2) وعليقة الكنترول مع إضافة مخلوط من الإنزيمات المحلله للالياف والخميرة ()(Y+FEN 2جم / كجم علف) (1 جم Y و 1جم FEN T3) () . اظهرت النتائج تحسن فى أداء الجاموس ومعدل الاستفادة من العلف وقياسات الكرش والهضم وقياسات الدم وإنتاج الحليب مع اضافة الخميرة Y او الانزيمات المحلله للالياف FEN اوخليطهما. كذلك، فإن الخلط بين الخميرة والإنزيم اظهر أفضل النتائج. وبناءا على ماسبق ينصح باستخدام مخلوط من Y وFEN لما له من آثار إيجابية على أداء الجاموس المصري الحلاب. |
