Summary, etc.	هدفت الدراسة لتقييم دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية لشركات الخدمات المتكاملة دراسة حالة (الشركة المصرية للحلول المتكاملة EMS) ولتحقيق ذلك تم اجراء عملية التقييم والمقارنة (benchmarking) علي مستوي الدراسة الميدانية لعينة من العاملين بشركات الخدمات المتكاملة والتقييم والمقارنة تمت ببناء استبيان وقياس صدقه وتوزيعه من خلال اجراء دراسة ميدانية وتقييم متغيرات الدراسة واختبار فروض الدراسة الرئيسية والفرعية، وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلي جملة من النتائج المتعلقة بالدراسة الميدانية واختبار فروض الدراسة ويتم عرض هذه النتائج كما يلي:<br/>1) معامل الثبات لأسئلة قائمة الاستبيان من إجابات العاملين بشركات الخدمات المتكاملة تراوحت قيمه بين (0.774، 0.960) وهي قيم أعلي من القيمة المقبولة (0.70) وهذا يدل علي توفر درجة كبيره من الثبات في إجاباتهم لمتغيري الدراسه وابعادهم الثلاثة، ويعني استقرار الأداة وعدم تناقضها مع نفسها.<br/>2) نتائج تقييم العاملين بشركات الخدمات المتكاملة لمتغيري الدراسة اثبتت أن إدراك العاملين لكل من المتغير المستقل (تكنولوجيا المعلومات) وأبعاده الثلاثة (البرمجيات وشبكات الاتصال، الاجهزة والمعدات، مهارة العاملين) والمتغير التابع (الميزة التنافسية) هي قيم مرتفعة في المجتمع وهي اكبر من القيمة المتوقعة من الباحث والمقدرة بالقيمة (4).<br/>3) نتائج اختبار الفرض الرئيسي الاول وفروضه الفرعيه الثلاثة اثبتت الاتي:<br/> صحة الفرض الرئيسي الاول حيث ثبت وجود أثر ذو دلالة معنوية بين تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية وأن ما قيمته (89%) من التغييرات فيها ناتجة عن التغييرات في (تكنولوجيا المعلومات) بهذه المجمعات.<br/> صحة الفروض الفرعية الثلاثة المنبثقة عن الفرض الرئيسي الاول حيث ثبت وجود أثر ذو دلالة معنوية بين الابعاد الثلاثة ) البرمجيات وشبكات الاتصال، الاجهزة والمعدات، مهارة العاملين) للمتغير المستقل (تكنولوجيا المعلومات) كمتغيرات مستقلة والمتغير التابع (الميزة التنافسية) وان مستوي تأثير تلك الابعاد الثلاثة للمتغير المستقل علي المتغير التابع من خلال معامل التحديد (R^2) بلغت (92.2%، 91.5%، 44.8) علي التوالي.<br/>4) نتائج الاختبارات للفرض الرئيسي الثاني اثبتت صحته من خلال وج,د فروق جوهرية بين العاملين بشركات الخدمات المتكاملة في إدراكهم للمتغير المستقل (تكنولوجيا المعلومات) طبقاً لجميع الخصائص الديموجرافية" للعاملين بشركات الخدمات المتكاملة.<br/>في ضوء النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة يوصي الباحث بأن بعض العبارات في كلآ من الابعاد الثلاثة (البرمجيات وشبكات الاتصال، الاجهزة والمعدات، مهارة العاملين) للمتغير المستقل (تكنولوجيا المعلومات) والمتغير التابع (الميزة التنافسية) قد حصلت علي علي أدني قيم للمتوسط الحسابي ومن ثم قام الباحث بعمل خطة عمل (Action Plan) تتضمن هذه التوصيات وعرضها على الإدارة بشركات الخدمات المتكاملة لدراسة امكانية تنفيذها.<br/><br/><br/>

Summary, etc.	The study aimed to evaluate the role of information technology in achieving competitive advantage for integrated services companies, a case study (the Egyptian Company for Integrated Solutions EMS). To achieve this, the evaluation and comparison process was conducted at the level of the field study for a sample of employees in integrated services companies. Evaluation and comparison were done by constructing a questionnaire, measuring its validity and distributing it. by conducting a field study, evaluating the study variables, and testing the main and sub hypotheses of the study, this study reached a number of results related to the field study and testing the study hypotheses, and these results are presented as follows:<br/>1) The reliability coefficient for the questionnaire list questions from the answers of employees in integrated services companies ranged in value between (0.774, 0.960), which are higher values than the accepted value (0.70). This indicates the availability of a large degree of consistency in their answers to the two variables of the study and their three dimensions, and means the stability of the tool and its lack of contradiction. with herself.<br/>2) The results of the evaluation of employees in integrated services companies for the two variables of the study proved that the employees’ perception of both the independent variable (information technology) and its three dimensions (software and communication networks, devices and equipment, workers’ skill) and the dependent variable (competitive advantage) are high values in population and are greater than the value. Expected by the researcher and estimated by value (4).<br/>3) The results of testing the first main hypothesis and its three sub-hypotheses proved the following:<br/>• The validity of the first main hypothesis, as it was proven that there is a significant effect between the application of information technology and achieving competitive advantage, and that (89%) of the changes in it result from changes in (information technology) in these complexes.<br/>• The validity of the three sub-hypotheses emanating from the first main hypothesis, as it was proven that there is a significant effect between the three dimensions (software and communication networks, devices and equipment, and workers’ skill) of the independent variable (information technology) as independent variables and the dependent variable (competitive advantage), and that the level of influence of those three dimensions for the independent variable on the dependent variable through the coefficient of determination (R^2) amounted to (92.2%, 91.5%, 44.8) respectively.<br/>4) The results of the tests for the second main hypothesis proved its validity by finding significant differences between workers in integrated services companies in their awareness of the independent variable (information technology) according to all demographic characteristics of workers in integrated services companies.<br/>In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommends that some of the statements in each of the three dimensions (software and communication networks, devices and equipment, workers’ skill) of the independent variable (information technology) and the dependent variable (competitive advantage) obtained the lowest values for the arithmetic mean and then The researcher created an action plan that included these recommendations and presented it to the management of integrated services companies to study the possibility of implementing them.<br/>
