| Summary, etc. | تعتبر الإدارة من أهم المداخل لزيادة الإنتاج وزيادة قدرة المؤسسة على إرضاء العملاء والإستجابة لمطالبتهم لذا فإن مشكلة الدراسة هى كيف يمكن أن يؤثر كلا من التخطيط والتنظيم والرقابة لمساعدة المدراء في رفع كفاءة الشركات الناشئة حيث يلاحظ القدر الكبير من الإهتمام لقواعد الإدارة على مستوى العالم ومع إختلاف مؤسساته وطبيعة منتجاته أو خدامته كذلك العلاقة بين الإدارة كإحدى الأدوات المهمة فى تحريك السوق وجذب عدد كبير من العملاء إلى المؤسسة كما يلاحظ أيضا غياب الأهمية لتطبيق أنظمة الإدارة لدى الكثير من المنشآت الناشئة ولا شك فى أن إهمال مثل هذه القواعد أدى إلى فقدان الكثير من العملاء وأصاب بعض المؤسسات بكثير من الخسائر وأيضا اثر على كفاءة الأداء لدى تلك المؤسسات. |

| Summary, etc. | Management is considered one of the most important approaches for increasing production and increasing the organization’s ability to satisfy customers and respond to their demands. Therefore, the problem of the study is how planning, organization, and control can affect managers in raising the efficiency of emerging companies, as it is noted that there is a great deal of attention to management rules at the world level and with different institutions. Furthermore, the nature of its products or services, as well as the relationship between management as one of the important tools in moving the market and attracting a large number of customers to the institution. It is also noted that there is no importance in applying management systems in many emerging establishments. There is no doubt that neglecting such rules has led to the loss of many customers and injured some. Institutions suffered significant losses and affected the performance efficiency of those institutions. |
