Summary, etc. In the current work, laser system (266-nm) was designed, implemented and compared with existing technology with ArF excimer laser (193-nm). For system evaluation, different pulse energies were applied with the same number of shoots to ex-vivo rabbit corneas and the histological effect was investigated and also electron microscope study. Additionally, the DNA was evaluated using the Comet test. Also thermal camera investigated the thermal effect on the cornea as well as Fourier transform infrared (FTIR). Moreover, we employed 3D mathematical model. Finally, results showed it can be alternative to (193-nm)

Summary, etc. تم فى هذه الدراسه الاتى تقييم فعاليه التاثير الاجتثاثى للطول الموجى266 نانومتر تحت المجهر الإلكتروني على قرنية الأرانب خارج الجسم الحي ونم عمل مقارنه بين التاثير الاجتثاثى من خلال التحليل الطيفي بالأشعة تحت الحمراء بتحويل فورييه و تقيم التاثير على مكونات الجزيئات للقرنيه وتم تطوير مسار لليزر لعمل عمليات اعاده تشكيل سطح القرنيه وتطبيقها على قرنيه ارنب داخل الجسم و تقيم فعاليه العمليه دراسه الاجزاء الناتجه من عمليه الاجتثاث الضوى تقيم التاثير الحرارى للطول الموجى 266 نانومتر عن طريق نموذج رياضى و خلصت النتائج ان الليزر ذات الطول الموجى 266 نانو ميتر قد يكون بديل فعال للالليزر ذات الطول الموجى 193 نانو ميتر
