| Summary, etc. | In recent years, there has been a lot of interest in modern organic synthesis using enzymes as biocatalysts. A multicomponent reaction of the appropriate 4-formylphenyl benzoates, malononitrile and pyrazolone utilizing pepsin as a biocatalyst was investigated in different reaction conditions. The best conditions to prepare the target pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole were grinding the appropriate reactants in the presence of 12 mg of lyophilized pepsin at room temperature. By repeating such protocol using diverse synthons, including pyrazolones, 1,3-cyclic diketones and 4-arylazo-5-aminopyrazoles, new series of pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazoles, 5-oxo-4H-chromenes, and pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines were prepared in good to excellent yields. Additionally, reacting a ternary mixture of 4-formylphenyl benzoate, 2-cyanoethanethioamide and acetylacetone in ethanol in the presence of piperdine afforded the corresponding pyridine-2(1H)-thione. The preceding synthon was reacted with a series of reagents containing α-halocarbonyl to yield the corresponding 2-S-alkylpyridines, which were then subjected to their Thrope-Ziegler reaction to prepare thieno[2,3-b]pyridines. The new target molecules showed a wide range of antibacterial activity against four different bacterial strains. Some of the new pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines displayed moderate antibacterial activity against the K. pneumoniae and S. aureus strains with inhabitation zones of 29.6-30.3 mm and MIC values of 125-250 μg/mL. |

| Summary, etc. | في السنوات الاخيرة٬ كان هناك اهتمام كبير بالتشييد العضوي الحديث باستخدام الانزيمات كمحفزات حيوية. تم فحص تفاعل متعدد المكونات من 4-فورميل فينيل بنزوات٬ المالونونتريل والبيرازولون باستخدام البيبسين كمحفز حيوي في ظروف تفاعل مختلفة. تم الحصول على أفضل انتاجية لتشييد مشتق البيرانوبيرازول عن طريق طحن المواد المتفاعله في وجود 12 ملليجرام من عند درجة حرارة الغرفة. بتكرار التفاعل السابق باستخدام متفاعلات متعددة تشمل البيرازولون و3٬1-ثنائي الكيتون الحلقي والأمينوبيرازول٬ أمكن تشييد العديد من سلاسل البيرانوبيرازول٬ الكرومينات والبيرازولوبيرميدينات بنواتج جيده إلى ممتازة. بالاضافة الى ذلك٬ مفاعلة الألدهيد٬ المالونونتريل مع الأسيتيل أسيتون في الايثانول في وجود بعض نقط من البيبريدين أعطى مشتق البيريدين ثيون المقابل. تم مفاعلة المشتق السابق مع سلسلة من كواشف الكربونيل ذات الهالوجين لينتج مشتقات الألكيل بيريدين التي بدورها تم عليها تطبيق تفاعل الحولقة ليعطى مشتقات الثيينوبيريدين. أظهرت الجزيئات المستهدفه الجديده نطاقا واسعا من النشاط المضاد للبكتيريا٬ بالأخص مشتقات البيرازولوبيريميدين ضد اربع انواع من السلالات البكتيريه المختلفه من ATCC . |
