Summary, etc. This research presents efficient and rapid methods for extracting shorelines and bathymetry from remote sensing. Historical shorelines are extracted from spatially improved Landsat 7 and 8 to predict the future shoreline positions using different methods including Genetic Algorithms (GA). Downscaling then pan-sharpening of satellite images, applying water indices, Otsu's thresholding, and statistical analysis composed the core of the shoreline prediction methodology. For bathymetry, both empirical and physics-based techniques for Satellite Derived Bathymetry (SDB) are investigated for Landsat 8, Sentinel 2, and Planetscope satellite data. Several atmospheric corrections, including Dark Object Subtraction (DOS), Second Simulation of a Satellite Signal in the Solar Spectrum (6S), Atmospheric Correction for OLI "lite" (ACOLITE), FLAASH, and QUick Atmospheric Correction (QUAC), have assessed while deriving the bathymetry. The empirical methods included linear, ratio transform, GA, and Artificial Neural Network (ANN), while the physics-based bathymetry has been derived based on one of the radiative transfer models.

Summary, etc. يقدم هذا البحث طرقا فعالة وسريعة لاستخراج خطوط الشواطئ والمساحة البحرية عن طريق الاستشعار عن بعد. تستخرج خطوط الشواطئ التاريخية من مرئيات فضائية من Landsat 7 و8 المحسّنين مكانيًا للتنبؤ بمواقع خط الشاطئ المستقبلية باستخدام طرق مختلفة بما في ذلك الخوارزمية الجينية (GA). إن تحسين الصور مكانيا، و مؤشرات المياه، وعتبة أوتسو، والتحليل الإحصائي يشكل جوهر منهجية التنبؤ بخط الشاطئ. بالنسبة المساحة البحرية، تم اختبار التقنيات التجريبية والفيزيائية و تطبيقها علي مرئيات فضائية من Landsat 8 وSentinel 2 وPlanetscope. تم تقييم العديد من التصحيحات الجوية و بعض الطرق التجريبية لاستخلاص الأعماق مثل الطريقة الخطية، وتحويل النسبة، وGA، والشبكة العصبية الاصطناعية (ANN) لمقارنتها بالنموذج القائم على الفيزياء.
