| Summary, etc. | determination of some selected compounds in their bulk, dosage forms and biological fluids. Tigecycline, Letrozole and Zoledronic Acid are the drugs of interest that contributed to this work.<br/>In this work, a simple, sensitive, and portable nanoparticle-enhanced sensor was developed for Tigecycline determination in biological fluids and in the presence of its degradation products. Additionally, an integrative study between the AQbD and green HPLC method was carried out for the simultaneous quantitation of Letrozole in presence of its co-administered drug; Zoledronic Acid in their pharmaceutical dosage forms and spiked human plasma. Besides, three different spectrophotometric methods were performed for the determination of Letrozole in presence of its alkali-induced degradation products. All the previously developed methods were validated according to either IUPAC or ICH guidelines, as well; they were compared with pharmacopeial reference methods or other reported ones. Furthermore, they were evaluated using various greenness assessment tools. |

| Summary, etc. | تتناول هذه الرسالة التقييمات التحليلية المتقدمة والدقيقة والصديقة للبيئة لتعيين بعض المركبات المختارة في شكلها السائب ومنتجاتها النهائية والسوائل البيولوجية. يُعد تيجيسيكلين وليتروزول وحمض الزوليدرونيك من الأدوية ذات الأهمية التي ساهمت في هذه الدراسة. <br/>تهدف هذا الرسالة إلى تطوير مستشعر بسيط وحساس وقابل للحمل معزز بالجسيمات النانوية لتعيين تيجيسيكلين في السوائل البيولوجية وفي وجود منتجات التكسير. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تم إجراء دراسة صديقة للبيئة تكاملية بين الجودة التحليلية من خلال التصميم و كروماتوجرافيا السائل تحت الضغط العالي بهدف للقياس الكمي المتزامن لليتروزول في وجود الدواء المصاحب له؛ حمض الزوليدرونيك في أشكال جرعاته الصيدلانية والبلازما البشرية المعززة. إلى جانب ذلك، تم إجراء ثلاث طرق طيفية مختلفة لتحديد الليتروزول في وجود منتجات التكسير المستحثة بالقلويات. كما تم التحقق من صحة جميع الطرق التي تم تطويرها سابقًا وفقًا للإتحاد الدولي للكيمياء البحتة والتطبيقية اولإرشادات المؤتمر الدولي للمواءمة. أيضًا؛ تمت مقارنة الطرق المطورة مع تلك الطرق المرجعية أو المنشورة مسبقًا. علاوة على ذلك، تم تقييمها باستخدام أدوات لتقييم الخضرة المختلفة. |
