Summary, etc. Throughout this work, novel heterocyclic compounds were synthesized as potent anticancer agents. β-Dicarbonyl compounds served as key building blocks in multicomponent reactions with other reagents to produce a diverse spectrum of novel heterocyclic compounds derived from quinolines, isoquinolines, chromenes, indazole, pyran, pyarzole, and thiophene. The synthesized compounds were obtained and characterized using various spectroscopic techniques. The antiproliferative activities of the newly synthesized compounds were evaluated against the six cancer cell lines: A549, HT-29, MKN-45, U87MG, SMMC-7721, and H460. The activities of the new synthesized compounds were compared to Foretinib as the positive control by MTT assay. Results revealed that many of these new compounds have high inhibitory effect on cell proliferation. All tested compounds displayed potent c-Met enzymatic activity with IC50 values ranging from 0.25 to 10.30 nM and potent prostate PC-3 cell line inhibition with IC50 values ranging from 0.17 to 9.31 μM. This finding suggests valuable insights for the development of new anticancer drugs

Summary, etc. هذا العمل يركز على تحضير مركبات حلقية جديدة غير متجانسة الحلقة كعوامل محتملة مضادة للسرطان. تفاعلت مركبات البيتا ثنائى الكاربونيل ،كوحدات بناء رئيسية، مع مركبات اخرى ، خلال تفاعلات متعددة المكونات، مما سمح بإنشاء العديد من المركبات الجديدة غير متجانسة الحلقة المشتقة من الكينولين والايزوكينولين والكرومين و الاندازول واليران والبيرازول والثيوفين . تم عزل المركبات المصنعة وتحليلها باستخدام تقنيات مختلفقة ، ثم تم تقييمها مع ستة خطوط خلوية سرطانية وهم A549 و HT-29 و MKN-45 و U87MG و SMMC-7721 و H460 . <br/>تم مقارنة نشاط هذه المركبات الجديدة مع Foretinib كعنصر تحكم ايجابى بواسطة اختبار MTT حيث كشفت النتائج ان العديد من هذه المركبات الجديدة لها تأثير مثبط قوي على انتشار الخلايا السرطانية. فقد اظهرت جميع المركبات المختبرة نشاطا انزيميا قويا ل c-Met بقيم IC50 تتراوح من 0.25nM الى 10.30nM بالإضافة إلى تثبيط قوى لخط الخلية السرطانية البروستاتي PC-3 بقيم IC50 تتراوح من من 0.17nM الى 9.31nM . هذه النتائج الجيدة تفتح الافق لتطوير ادوية جديدة مضادة للسرطان.
