Summary, etc. Competitive advantage is currently an indispensable option, as competitive advantage has become a necessity imposed on everyone living in a world dominated by globalization.<br/>Today's competitive advantage is a strategy in itself, controlling the ideas and tastes of customers, and emphasizing cases of distinction among competitors, but this is not enough, but this advantage must be maintained and developed through what is known as the sustainability of competitive advantage, a term that has recently become popular in order to implement and achieve the sustainable development strategy.<br/>Egypt is the leading contributor of plastic waste in the Arab countries and is ranked as the biggest plastic polluter in the Mediterranean. It is also ranked as sixth in the world in mismanagement of plastic waste, as approximately 14 billion plastic bags are consumed in Egypt annually. Egyptian plastic waste is considered a local problem with negative regional and global effects. <br/>This research aims to highlight on the importance of producing green petrochemicals in Egypt, the most important of which is biodegradable plastic. It also aims to study the development of different scenarios for producing biodegradable plastic based on global trends in production in order to reach the optimal scenario, which is the project that can be implemented and that works to support the competitive advantage of Egyptian petrochemicals products, with the aim of supporting the competitive advantage of sustainable development of the petrochemical industry, making it a strong competitor worldwide, in addition to overcoming environmental problems resulting from the excessive use of plastic products. The economic feasibility of the production of polylactic acid project was studied with a production capacity of 75 thousand tons per year. The economic feasibility of the production of Polyhydroxyalkanoates project was also studied with a production capacity of 30 thousand tons per year by preparing a financial model for each of the two projects. The sensitivity analysis of each of the two projects was also studied on three axes, where the first axis was represented in the price of the product, the second axis in the price of the basic raw material, and the third axis in the production capacity for each of the two projects. The results showed a promising economic feasibility for the polylactic acid production project with a production capacity of not less than 50 thousand tons annually and the production of Polyhydroxyalkanoates project with a production capacity of not less than 20 thousand tons annually. The impact of green petrochemical production on supporting the competitive advantage of sustainable development was also studied by applying it on the Egyptian Petrochemicals Holding Company through a questionnaire. The study sample consisted of 217 company employees from different businesses, experiences, educational levels and different departments by using SPSS. The study showed that there is a positive and influential relationship for the role of green petrochemical production on supporting the competitive advantage of sustainable development, the most important of which is the existence of a strong correlation between the production of new environmentally safe products (green petrochemicals) and each of opening new horizons for export - reducing carbon emissions - creating incentives for the production process and reducing accumulated plastic waste. <br/>

Summary, etc. لإنتاج البلاستيك القابل للتحلل بناء على التوجهات العالمية فى الانتاج من أجل الوصول إلى السيناريو الأمثل وهو المشروع القابل للتنفيذ الفعلي والذى يعمل على دعم الميزة التنافسية للمنتجات البتروكيماوية المصرية، بهدف دعم الميزة التنافسية للتنمية المستدامة لصناعة البتروكيماويات مما يجعلها منافسا قوياً على مستوى العالم بالاضافة الى التغلب على المشكلات البيئية الناتجه من الاستخدام المفرط للمنتجات البلاستيكية حيث تم دراسة الجدوى الاقتصادية لمشروع انتاج البولى لاكتيك اسيد بطاقة انتاجية 75 الف طن سنويا كما تم دراسة الجدوى الاقتصادية لمشروع انتاج البولى هيدروكسي الكوناتيس بطاقة انتاجية 30 الف طن من خلال اعداد نموذج مالى لكل من المشروعين كما تم دراسة تأثير الحساسية لكل من المشروعين على ثلاث محاور حيث تمثل المحور الاول فى سعر المنتج و المحور الثانى فى سعر المادة الخام الاساسية و المحور الثالث فى الطاقة الانتاجية لكل من المشروعين حيث اظهرت النتائج جدوى مشروع انتاج البولى لاكتيك اسيد بطاقة انتاجية بدء من 50 الف طن سنوياً كما اظهرت جدوى مشروع انتاج البولى هيدروكسي الكوناتيس بطاقة انتاجية بدء من 20 الف طن سنوياً كما تم دراسة تاثير انتاج البتروكيماويات الخضراء على دعم الميزة التنافسية للتنمية المستدامة من و ذلك بالتطبيق على الشركة المصرية القابضة للبتروكيماويات من خلال استبيان و حيث تم استبيان عدد 217 من العاملين بالشركة من مختلف الاعمال و الخبرات و المراحل التعليمية و الادارات المختلفة حيث تم التحليل الاحصائى باستخدام برنامج SPSS و قد اظهرت الدراسة ان هناك علاقة ايجابية و مؤثرة لدور انتاج البتروكيماويات الخضراء على دعم الميزة التنافسية للتنمية المستدامة , و التى من اهمها وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية بين انتاج منتجات جديدة امنه بيئياً (البتروكيماويات الخضراء) وكلاً من فتح قنوات جديدة للتصدير- خفض الانبعاثات الكربونية – ايجاد حوافز للعملية الانتاجية وتقليل النفايات البلاستيكية المتراكمة.
