تطرح وتتناول الدراسة، مفهوم وملامح "الاستدامة العفوية باعتبارها، "قيمة ذاتية" تتضمن وتقوم على، الاحترام والتكامل بين الأفراد والمجتمعات مع محيطهم، البيئة والسياق، موارده ومحدداته، و"ملمح وصفة"، للمجتمعات والجماعات "المتمايزة" و"المتميزة"، تلك التي نجحت في الصمود والبقاء، والتواصل والتطور، عبر الأزمنة، وتهدف الدراسة، إلى صياغة وتطوير "إطار عمل" لرصد وتتبع ودعم "الاستدامة العفوية" للمجتمعات "المتمايزة"، لضمان دعمها وتكاملها مع منظومات ومُخَطَطات "الاستدامة" الرسمية و"التنمية المستدامة"، ويتكامل مع هذا الهدف، طرح وصياغة أطر العمل "المبدئية"، لنُظم ومداخل: "الاستدامة"، و"التنمية المستدامة"، ونظم "تقييم الاستدامة في النطاقات العمرانية"، و"الاستدامة الاجتماعية الثقافية". ويتم تحقيق أهداف البحث، وتتبع فرضياته وطروحه من خلال عملية ومراحل، صياغة إطار العمل المقترح "للاستدامة العفوية"، وتضم ثلاث مراحل رئيسية: التأسيس لإطار العمل المقترح – الدراسات والإطار النظري (الفصلين الثاني والثالث)، والصياغة الأولية للإطار المقترح (الفصل الرابع)، والمرحلة الثالثة: تقييم وتطوير إطار العَمل المقترح (الفصل الخامس)، من خلال استبيان، لعينة محدودة من الخبراء المتخصصين، الأكاديميين والممارسين في المجالات وثيقة الصلة، بالدراسة والبحث، وتطبيق وتجريب إطار العمل المقترح (الفصل السادس)، من خلال العمل والتطبيق الميداني، والطرح النهائي لإطار العمل المقترح، بعد التطبيق والتجريب، على ثلاث حالات مختلفة ومتباينة مكانياً، ومعاصرة ومتوافقة زمانيا، للمجتمعات النوبية، "المستدامة" والمتواصلة، بحالتها القائمة في عام 2023: المجتمعات النوبية في النطاقات الأصلية، والمجتمعات النوبية في قرى التهجير، والمجتمعات النوبية في النطاقات الحضرية الكبرى. |

The thesis presents and addresses the concept of "Spontaneous Sustainability"; It follows the interdependence between "Spontaneous Sustainability" of “Distinct” communities and their “Cultural” characteristics, which enabled them to continue, survive, and develop. The study aims at formulating and validating a “Framework” for monitoring and enhancing the "Spontaneous Sustainability" of "Distinct" communities. The research objectives are achieved through the research methods, and the thesis structure, and contents, comprising 3 Parts, and 7 Chapters, including the Introductory, and Concluding Chapters. Part 1, The theoretical backdrop and bases, covering, "Sustainability", and "Sustainable Development", Part 2, The formulation of the proposed “Framework”, Part 3, The Validation and Application of the proposed “Framework”, The validation supported the research propositions, and the proposed “Spontaneous Sustainability Framework”, and emphasized its flexibility, and potential for further development and application on distinct local communities. the application of the proposed “Framework”, deploying and investigating in some detail features and characteristics of 3 selected “Nubian communities” in Egypt; that witnessed major transformations through the past century and till the present, yet it maintained its distinct characteristics and values, intact survival and continuity. |
