| Summary, etc. | تركز المملكة العربية السعودية على بناء إقتصاد مزدهر ومتنوع، وتستهدف الرؤية الإقتصادية تحويل السعودية إلى أفضل الوجهات الإستثمارية عالمياً، وتأتى رؤية قضايا الإصلاح الإقتصادي بدور المحرك التسويقي للسعودية، وبناء النهضة الوطنية، وإجراء التنمية والإصلاح الشامل في كافة قطاعات المجتمع، ومن هذا المنطلق يأتىدور وسائل الإعلام وخاصة الفضائيات السعودية لإبراز قضايا الإصلاح الإقتصادي السعوديوتزويد الجمهور بمزيد من المعلومات وشرح التحديات التي واجهت تلك الإصلاح، وتسعى الدراسة إلى معرفة كيف تتعامل الفضائيات "الحكومية والخاصة" السعودية مع الجمهور نحو الإجراءات التى أتخذتها الحكومة مؤخراً ، وكيف تسهم الفضائيات السعودية فى عملية الإصلاح الإقتصادي وتأثيراتها على التنمية بالمملكة، لذا تبلورت مشكلة الدراسة في توصيف دور الفضائيات السعودية في تشكيل إتجاهات الجمهور نحو قضايا الإصلاح الإقتصادي بالمملكة، فضلاً عن قياس تقييم الجمهور لقضايا الإصلاح الإقتصادى التي تستهدف تعديل وتصحيح الهياكل الإقتصادية بما يؤثر إيجاباً في تحسين الأداء الإقتصادي وتحقيق الإستقرار للمجتمع السعودي، واستخدمت الدارسة الإطار النظرى للدراسة، نظرية البنائية الوظيفية، ونظرية الاعتماد على وسائل الإعلام ، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج المسحي بشقيه الوصفي والتحليلي، حيث يمثل مجتمع الدراسة التحليلية من برامج الفضائيات السعودية الحكومية والخاصة من خلال قناتين حكوميتين القناة الأولى السعودية، والقناة الإخبارية السعودية، قناة خاصة روتانا خليجية ، وتتمثل في تحليل البرامج التي تعالج قضايا الإصلاح الإقتصادي وتشمل برامج )الشارع السعودي –اليوم – ياهلا) . أظهرت النتائج التحليلية أن الفضائيات السعودية عبر برامجها تتناول قضايا الإصلاح الاقتصادى بعرض الأخبار المتعلقة بالقضايا محل الدراسة في شكل أخبار سريعة في بداية البرنامج، بالإضافة إلى تخصيص فقرات حوارية داخل البرنامج لمناقشة وتحليل قضايا الإصلاح الإقتصادي محل الدراسة، مع التأكيد على نجاح خطة الإصلاح لقضايا الإصلاح الإقتصادي، حيث أكدت البرامج الحوارية محل الدراسة مدى نجاح خطة الإصلاح الإقتصادي، وإعتبارها أفضل خطط الإصلاح الإقتصادي التي تم وضعها ، ونموذجاً يحتذى به. <br/>كما أظهرت النتائج الميدانية على أن الجمهور يُقبل على متابعة القناة الإخبارية السعودية كأكثر القنوات الفضائية السعودية تفضيلاً، ومن ثم القناة السعودية الأولى، ويليها قناة روتانا خليجية، وأن الجمهور يفضل في المقام الأول متابعة الفضائيات السعودية أقل من ساعة في اليوم، مهما اختلفت القناة المُتابعة من قبل الجمهور، ويأتي برنامج اليوم في مقدمة البرامج التي يحرص الجمهور السعودي على مشاهدتها بالفضائيات السعودية، ومن ثم برنامج الشارع السعودى، ويليه برنامج يا هلا، وأن الجمهور يفضل في المقام الأول مشاهدة الجمهور السعودي للبرامج الحوارية بالفضائيات السعودية أقل من ساعة في اليوم، مهما إختلفت البرامج المُتابعة من قبل الجمهور. |

| Summary, etc. | The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia focuses on building a prosperous and diversified economy, and the economic vision aims to transform Saudi Arabia into the best investment destinations globally. The vision of economic reform issues comes as the marketing engine for Saudi Arabia, building the national renaissance, and conducting development and comprehensive reform in all sectors of society. From this point of view, comes the role of the media, especially Saudi satellite channels, to highlight the issues of Saudi economic reform, provide the public with more information and explain the challenges faced by that reform. The study seeks to know how Saudi satellite channels deal with the public towards the measures taken recently taken by the government, and how Saudi satellite channels contribute to the process of economic reform and its effects on development in the Kingdom. The problem of the study has crystallized. In describing the role of Saudi satellite channels in shaping the public's trends towards economic reform issues in the Kingdom, as well as measuring the public's assessment of economic reform issues aimed at modifying and correcting economic structures, which positively affects improving economic performance and achieving stability for Saudi society. The study used the theoretical framework of the study, functional constructivism theory, and the theory of reliance on media. The study relied on the survey method with both descriptive and analytical, where the analytical study community represents government and private Saudi satellite programs through two government channels, the first government channels, and the Saudi news channel, a private channel, a private channel, a Gulf Rotana, and it is represented in the analysis of programs that deal with economic reform issues, and includes programs (Saudi street– Today - Ya Hala) . The analytical results showed that Saudi satellite channels, through its programs, deal with economic reform issues by presenting news related to the issues under study in the form of quick news at the beginning of the program, in addition to allocating dialogue paragraphs within the program to discuss and analyze the economic reform issues under study. And Emphasizing the success of the reform plan for economic reform issues, where the talk shows under study confirmed the success of the economic reform plan, and consider it the best economic reform plans that have been developed, and a model to follow. The field results showed that the public accepts the follow-up of the Saudi news channel as the most preferred Saudi satellite channel, and then the first Saudi channel, followed by the Gulf Rotana channel, and that the audience prefers primarily to follow Saudi satellite channels less than an hour a day, no matter how different the channel follow-up by the public. Today's program comes at the forefront of the programs that the Saudi public is keen to watch on Saudi satellite channels, and then the Saudi street program, followed by the Ya Hala program, and that the public prefers primarily the Saudi audience to watch the Saudi talk shows on Saudi satellite channels less than an hour a day, no matter how different the programs followed by the public. |
