| Summary, etc. | Background: The Pelvic Organ Prolapse Quantification (POP-Q) system is widely used to assess the pelvic organ prolapse (POP).<br/>Objective: to assess validity of our proposed system and its value in comparison to POP-Q system. <br/>Patients and Methods: We conducted this study on 75 patients presented with organ prolapse. The reliability of our proposed new classification system was assessed by comparing it to the POP Q classification system obtained for each patient at recruitment regarding accuracy and time consumed in the assessed scoring system. The inter-observer and intra-observer reliabilities were assessed for our proposed system.<br/>Results: Comparison of our new classification system to the POP-Q classification system regarding cystocele, rectocele, uterine prolapse, and final staging revealed a positive correlation with a high significance difference (r= 0.616, 0.693, 0.728, 0.797, respectively). The POP-Q timing/sec was significantly longer than in the new classification timing/sec (71.20±32.86vs 58.96±18.71, P=0.002). The inter-observer and intra-observer reliabilities showed perfect agreement.<br/>Conclusion: Our new classification system has a shorter examination time and can be reliable in pelvic organ prolapse assessment. |

| Summary, etc. | تدلي الأعضاء الحوضية هو نزول أعضاء الحوض إلى المهبل بسبب ضعف الأربطة أو العضلات. يشمل ذلك حالات مثل القيلة المثانية، القيلة المستقيمية، وتدلي القبو المهبلي، والتي قد تحدث بشكل فردي أو مع بعضها البعض. تشمل عوامل الخطر الهامة العمر، الحمل، الولادة المهبلية، السمنة، والإمساك المزمن. لذلك يُستخدم نظام تصنيف POP-Q على نطاق واسع لتحديد مدى التدلي، لكن تعقيده يحد من فائدته السريرية. تقترح هذه الدراسة نظام تصنيف جديد لتبسيط وتحسين عملية التشخيص والتقييم للتدلي الحوضي.<br/>أجرينا هذه الدراسة بدايه من يناير ٢٠٢٣ حتى يونيو ٢٠٢٤ علي ٧٥ مريضًا يعانون من تدلي الأعضاء الحوضية. كانت معايير الإدراج هي عمر أكثر من 18 سنة، وظهور كتلة بارزة من الفرج، ووجود أعراض تدلي (ثقل في الحوض، وأعراض بولية مثل سلس البول الإجهادي، وصعوبات في التبول، وعسر البول والتردد، وأعراض معوية مثل صعوبة التبرز وأعراض جنسية).<br/>تم تقييم موثوقية نظامنا المقترح “A FIXED APCD" من خلال مقارنته بنظام تصنيف POP-Q الذي تم الحصول عليه لكل مريض عند التوظيف فيما يتعلق بالدقة والوقت المستغرق في نظام التقييم. تم تقييم الموثوقية لنظامنا المقترح بين الأطباء الفاحصين.<br/>النتائج: أظهرت مقارنة نظامنا الجديد “A FIXED APCD” بنظام تصنيف POP-Q فيما يتعلق بالقيلة المثانية، والقيلة المستقيمية، وتدلي الرحم، والتصنيف النهائي ارتباطًا إيجابيًا مع فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية عالية. وكان الوقت المستغرق لنظام POP-Q أطول بشكل ملحوظ من وقت التصنيف الجديد (71.20±32.86 مقابل 58.96±18.71). أظهرت موثوقية الأطباء الفاحصين اتفاقًا تامًا.<br/>الاستنتاج: نظامنا الجديد “A FIXED APCD” يتفوق على نظام POP-Q، حيث يقوم بتقييم اضطراب قاع الحوض من خلال الأعراض والفحص البدني بوقت فحص أقصر. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يمكن الاعتماد عليه في تقييم تدلي الأعضاء الحوضية حيث كان هناك توافق تام بين التقييمات في الأوقات المختلفة بواسطة نفس الطبيب الفاحص وكذلك بين تقييم المتدرب والأخصائي فيما يتعلق بجميع الأنواع الفرعية. |
