تمر الدول المُتقدمّة والناميّة على حدٍ سواء بالعديد من التغيرات، خاصةً مع التطور التكنولوجي وظهور ثورة المعرفة، وقد أدى ذلك بتلك الدول إلى ضرورة تشجيع الابتكار والإبداع؛ للحاق بتلك التطورات؛ ومن هنا جاء الاهتمام بريادة الأعمال؛ باعتبارها وسيلة حقيقية تُساهم في إحداث التنميّة المُستدامّة، وتُعالج مشكلات البطالة المتفاقمة لدى الكثير من الدول؛ لذلك عملت معظم دول العالم على وضع خططًّا تنفيذيّة لتعزيز الفكر الريادي في مجتمعاتها.<br/>على الرغم من تشابه كل من الدول الناميّة والدول المتقدمّة في دعمهم لريادة الأعمال، إلا أن هناك اختلافات في تعامل الدول الناميّة مع ريادة الأعمال مُقارنةً بالدول المتقدمّة، ففي الدول الناميّة تتمثل أغلب الاهتمامات حول تغيير ثقافة النظر إلى المرأة والتعامل معها، بالإضافة إلى المشكلات الخاصة بالتمويل، في حين تتمحور اهتمامات الدول المتقدمّة فيما يتعلق بريادة الأعمال النسائية بقضايا أسهل وأبسط كثيرًّا مثل كيفية توفيق النساء أوضاعها بين ريادة الأعمال والإنجاب؛ ويرجع ذلك بشكلٍ رئيسي إلى اختلاف المستوى الاقتصادي، والتعليم، والثقافة، والمجتمع بين المجموعتين. لقد تم تقسيم هذه الدراسة إلى أربعة فصول، تناول الفصل الأول الإطار المفاهيمي لريادة الأعمال، وقد تم تقسيم هذا الفصل إلى ثلاثة مباحث، حيث تناول الأول منهم مفهوم ريادة الأعمال وأهميتها وخصائص الشخصية الريادية، وذلك من خلال ثلاثة مطالب، حيث تناول المطلب الأول ماهية ريادة الأعمال، وقد عرض مجموعة من التعريفات الخاصة بريادة الأعمال أبرزها أنه: "عملية لإيجاد شيء مختلف وذو قيمة من خلال إنفاق الوقت والجهد وتحمل المخاطر المالية والنفسية والاجتماعية، وبالمقابل تلقي المكافأة والعوائد المالية والرضا الشخصي نتيجة ذلك"، وقد اختلفت وجهات نظر الباحثين في عرض مفهوم واضح ومحدد لريادة الأعمال؛ ويرجع ذلك إلى ارتباط مفهوم ريادة الأعمال بعدة نواحي منها ابتكار أفكار جديدة لتقديم منتجات وخدمات متميزة، وتقديم أسلوب إنتاج جديد أكثر كفاءة، فضلًّا عن أن مفهوم ريادة الأعمال يشمل الشخص المُبادر، وأصحاب الأعمال الناجحين، والمالك المخاطر، والمُبدع الإنتاجي، كما تناول هذا المطلب نشأة ريادة الأعمال، وقد وجد أن بداية التوجه الحديث نحو ريادة الأعمال كانت في أوائل القرن الحادي والعشرين؛ حيث اتجه الجميع للنشاط الريادي؛ باعتباره وسيلة حتمية للتغلب على حدة المنافسة وقلة الموارد. |

Developed and developing countries alike are going through many changes, especially with technological development and the emergence of the knowledge revolution. This has led these countries to the need to encourage innovation and creativity to keep up with these developments. Hence, the interest in entrepreneurship came as a real means that contributes to achieving sustainable development and addresses the problems of unemployment that are worsening in many countries. Therefore, most countries in the world have worked to develop executive plans to promote entrepreneurial thinking in their societies. Despite the similarity between developing and developed countries in their support for entrepreneurship, there are differences in the way developing countries deal with entrepreneurship compared to developed countries. In developing countries, most of the concerns are about changing the culture of looking at and dealing with women, in addition to problems related to financing, while the concerns of developed countries with regard to women's entrepreneurship revolve around much easier and simpler issues such as how women reconcile their situations between entrepreneurship and childbirth. This is mainly due to the difference in economic level, education, culture, and society between the two groups. This study was divided into four chapters. The first chapter dealt with the conceptual framework of entrepreneurship. This chapter was divided into three sections. The first of them dealt with the concept of entrepreneurship, its importance, and the characteristics of the entrepreneurial personality, through three demands. The first demand dealt with the nature of entrepreneurship, and presented a set of definitions of entrepreneurship, the most prominent of which is: “A process of creating something different and valuable by spending time and effort and bearing financial, psychological, and social risks, and in return receiving rewards, financial returns, and personal satisfaction as a result.” The researchers’ points of view differed in presenting a clear and specific concept of entrepreneurship; This is due to the association of the concept of entrepreneurship with several aspects, including the innovation of new ideas to provide distinguished products and services, and the presentation of a new, more efficient production method. In addition, the concept of entrepreneurship includes the initiator, successful business owners, risk-taking owner, and productive innovator. This demand also dealt with the emergence of entrepreneurship, and it was found that the beginning of the modern trend towards entrepreneurship was in the early twenty-first century; where everyone turned to entrepreneurial activity; as an inevitable means to overcome the intensity of competition and the scarcity of resources. |
