| Summary, etc. | تناولت الدراسة معرفة تأثير المحددات الديموجرافية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية ، والصحية على الأسر المعيلة، من خلال دراسة تلك الخصائص لرب الأسرة في مصر، سواء كان من يترأس الأسرة ذكور أو أناث بوجه عام ومقارنة تلك الخصائص بينهم ، و كذلك لأسر المرأة المعيلة بوجه خاص، والمصدر الرئيسي للبيانات بحث الدخل والانفاق والاستهلاك.<br/>وأساليب التحليل المستخدمة هي التحليل الوصفي ، ونموذج الانحدار اللوجيستي للمتغيرات المختلفة حيث أن المتغيرات المستقلة هي المحددات (الديموجرافية -الاجتماعية- الاقتصادية – الصحية) ، والمتغير التابع هو (مستوي الفقر لأسر المرأة المعيلة) ، والذى يأخذ قيمتين: القيمة (صفر)غير فقير والقيمة (1) فقير.<br/>توصلت الدراسة إلي أن أسر المرأة المعيلة تمثل 16.6 ٪ من أجمالي الأسر في محافظات مصر، ومن الاسباب الرئيسية لرئاسة الأناث للأسر هي ظاهرتي الترمل والطلاق حيث بلغت نسبتهن 79 ٪ من إجمالي العينة ، كما وجد تدني للخصائص الديموجرافية والاجتماعية للأناث اللاتي تترأسن الأسر عن الذكور.<br/>لذلك يجب تفعيل دور المنظمات والجمعيات التي تهتم بتحسين أوضاع المرأة، من خلال عمل حلقات تواصل بين رؤساء الأسر من الأناث للتعلم من التجارب المختلفة التي تقع بها المرأة المعيلة واكتساب الخبرات من تجارب الاخرين المشابهة في نفس الظروف، والاهتمام بتحسين الظروف المعيشية والتعليمية والصحية بالمناطق الريفية حيث تتمركز أسر المرأة المعيلة الفقيرة في المناطق الريفية.<br/> |

| Summary, etc. | The study covered the impact of demographic, economic, social and health determinants on female-headed households, that’s through study for the characteristics of demographic, social, economic and health characteristics of the household head in Egypt, whether the household head is male or female in general, or female-headed households specially. Where the main source of data is Income, Expenditure, and Consumption survey.<br/>Statistical method of the study are Descriptive statistical analysis and Advanced statistical analysis: where the independent variable are the determinants (demographic, social, economic, health). and the dependent variable is (the poverty level of female-headed households), which takes two values: The value (zero) is not poor and Value (1) is poor.<br/>The study concluded that 16.6% of the total households in the governorates of Egypt is female-headed households, where the main reason for this phenomenon are widowhood and divorce and it represent 79% of the total sample. <br/>Hence, we find that the demographic and social characteristics of females who head households are lower than those of males.<br/>Therefore, the role of organizations and associations which concerned with improving the status of women must be activated by conducting focus groups among female-headed households to gain benefit from the different experiences from others who are in the same conditions.<br/>Attention should be considered to improve living, educational and health conditions in rural areas as many researches, including this study, showed that poor female-headed households are concentrated in rural areas.<br/> |
