Summary, etc. This thesis evaluated the electrocoagulation (EC) and electrooxidation (EO) processes for removing heavy metals and atrazine from synthetic and real wastewater. EC effectively removed heavy metals like Pb, Cd, Zn, Ni, Cr, Mn, and Cu, achieving near-complete removal under optimal conditions. EO was highly effective for atrazine removal, particularly with boron-doped diamond electrodes, achieving 100% removal. The hybrid EC and EO process showed enhanced performance, achieving complete removal of both heavy metals and atrazine under optimal conditions.

Summary, etc. قيّمت هذه الرسالة عمليتي الترويب والأكسدة الكهربية لإزالة المعادن الثقيلة والأترازين من مياه الصرف الصحي الاصطناعية والحقيقية. نجحت عملية الترويب الكهربي في إزالة المعادن الثقيلة مثل الرصاص والكادميوم والزنك والنيكل والكروم والمنجنيز والنحاس، محققةً إزالة شبه كاملة في ظل ظروف التشغيل المثالية. وقد كانت الأكسدة الكهربية فعالة جدًا في إزالة الأترازين، لا سيما باستخدام أقطاب الماس المطعّم بالبورون، حيث حققت إزالة بنسبة 100%. وأظهرت العملية الهجينة من الترويب الكهربي والأكسدة الكهربية أداءً محسنًا، حيث حققت إزالة كاملة لكل من المعادن الثقيلة والأترازين تحت ظروف التشغيل المثالية.
