In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, the Internet, which relies primarily on networks performance plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and the efficient functioning of organizations and individuals. Traditional networks management approaches often struggle to keep pace with the dynamic demands of modern businesses. The need for efficient and adaptive management practices has become increasingly critical. Agile management, with its emphasis on flexibility, iterative progress, and close collaboration, has gained prominence beyond its roots in software development. This research examines the impact of Agile management practices on the performance of networks, a crucial yet often overlooked aspect of organizational infrastructure. The research aims to determine how Agile methodologies influence key network performance indicators such as uptime, latency, throughput, and the ability to respond to and resolve network issues promptly.<br/>This analytical study explores the transformative impact of adopting Agile management principles and practices to enhance networks performance and the study analyzed performance metrics from organizations that have implemented Agile frameworks within their IT departments, comparing them to those using more traditional management approaches. Questionnaires were conducted with IT professionals, network administrators, managers and product owners and project managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the practical effects of Agile management on network operations.<br/>Key findings reveal that embracing agile management in networks performance initiatives lead to increased responsiveness, improved scalability, and enhanced customer satisfaction. Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban are adapted to address the unique characteristics of networks management, promoting cross-functional teams, changes, continuous monitoring, rapid adaptation to changing networks and unpredictable conditions.<br/>However, this transformation is not without challenges. Organizations may encounter resistance to change, require cultural shifts, and face integration complexities when implementing Agile in network management. This research provides insights into overcoming these hurdles and offers practical recommendations for successful Agile adoption.<br/>Responds regarding the feedback for the relation between Agile management and networks performance were collected from the employees in telecommunications company in Egypt by using survey. |

في المشهد الرقمي سريع التطور اليوم، يعد الانترنت الذي يعتمد بشكل اساسي على أداء الشبكات دورًا محوريًا في ضمان الاتصال السلس والأداء الفعال للمؤسسات والافراد. غالبًا ما تكافح أساليب إدارة الشبكات التقليدية لمواكبة المتطلبات الديناميكية للشركات الحديثة. أصبحت الحاجة إلى ممارسات إدارية فعالة وقابلة للتكيف أمراً بالغ الأهمية بشكل متزايد. لقد اكتسبت الإدارة الرشيقة، مع تركيزها على المرونة والتقدم المتكرر والتعاون الوثيق، مكانة بارزة تتجاوز جذورها في تطوير تكنولوجيا المعلومات. يتناول هذا البحث تأثير ممارسات الإدارة الرشيقة على أداء الشبكات، وهو جانب حاسم ولكنه غالبًا ما يتم تجاهله من البنية التحتية التنظيمية. يهدف البحث إلى تحديد كيفية تأثير المنهجيات الرشيقة على مؤشرات أداء الشبكة الرئيسية مثل وقت التشغيل وزمن الوصول والإنتاجية والقدرة على الاستجابة لمشكلات الشبكة وحلها على الفور.<br/>تستكشف هذه الدراسة التحليلية التأثير التحويلي لاعتماد مبادئ وممارسات الإدارة الرشيقة لتعزيز أداء الشبكات، كما قامت الدراسة بتحليل مقاييس الأداء من المؤسسات التي طبقت الإدارة الرشيقة داخل أقسام تكنولوجيا المعلومات لديها، تم إجراء استبيانات مع متخصصي تكنولوجيا المعلومات ومسؤولي الشبكات والمديرين وأصحاب المنتجات ومديري المشاريع للحصول على فهم شامل للتأثيرات العملية الإدارة الرشيقة على عمليات الشبكة.<br/>تكشف النتائج الرئيسية أن تبني الإدارة الرشيقة في مبادرة تحسين أداء الشبكات يؤدي إلى زيادة الاستجابة وتحسين قابلية التوسع وتعزيز رضا العملاء. يتم تكييف منهجيات الإدارة الرشيقة مثل سكرام وكانبان لمعالجة الخصائص الفريدة لإدارة الشبكات، وتعزيز الفرق متعددة الوظائف والتغييرات، والمراقبة المستمرة، والتكيف السريع مع ظروف الشبكات المتغيرة والغير متنبأة.<br/>ومع ذلك، فإن هذا التحول لا يخلو من التحديات. قد تواجه المؤسسات مقاومة للتغيير، وتتطلب تحولات ثقافية، وتواجه تعقيدات التكامل عند تطبيق الإدارة الرشيقة في إدارة الشبكات. يوفر هذا البحث رؤى حول التغلب على هذه العقبات ويقدم توصيات عملية لاعتماد الإدارة الرشيقة بنجاح.<br/>تم جمع الردود المتعلقة بالعلاقة بين الإدارة الرشيقة وأداء الشبكات من العاملين في شركة الاتصالات في مصر باستخدام استبيان.<br/>تطبيق برنامج إحصائي مثل SPSS لحساب وفحص العينات للتحقق من العلاقة والارتباط والتحقق من صحة العينات المجمعة بتقنيات مختلفة للتأكد من أننا نستطيع الحصول على النتائج المرجوة:<br/>- أظهرت النتائج أن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإدارة الرشيقة والتغيرات والتحديات التي تواجه أداء شركات الاتصالات والشبكات المصرية.<br/>- أظهرت النتائج أن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإدارة الرشيقة مقابل بعض عوامل النجاح مثل: الأداء التنظيمي، والأفراد، والعمليات، والمشروع، والأداء الفني والشبكات.<br/>- أظهرت النتائج أن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الحلول الرشيقة مقابل المشاكل غير المتوقعة على دورة حياة المشروع وأداء الشبكات.<br/>وقد أثبتت الإحصائيات أن هناك تأثير للإدارة الرشيقة على أداء الشبكات من خلال اختبار العينات وتطبيق تقنيات أكثر احترافية لإظهار هذا التأثير على المتغيرات المستقلة والتابعة. كما حصلنا على بعض التوصيات من هذه النتائج التي من شأنها أن تساعد هذه الشركات أو المنظمات على تعزيز وتحسين نفسها ولمن يرغب في العمل في مجالات الشبكات على سبيل المثال: تحتاج شركات الاتصالات في مصر إلى الالتزام بالمتطلبات والمعايير التنظيمية المختلفة. توفر الإدارة الرشيقة المرونة والقدرة على التكيف للاستجابة بسرعة للتغيرات في اللوائح وتنفيذ التعديلات اللازمة على الشبكة لتظل متوافقة. ومن خلال اعتماد ممارسات والإدارة الرشيقة، مثل الدورات المتكررة والتغذية العكسية المستمرة، يمكن للشركات دمج التغييرات التنظيمية بكفاءة في البنية التحتية لشبكتها، مما يضمن الامتثال مع تقليل انقطاع أداء الشبكة. |
