Back ground: Renal rehabilitation is coordinated, multifaceted intervention designed to optimize a patients with renal disorder physical, psychological, and social functioning. More ever a growing evidence base suggests that exercise training in patients with hemodialysis improve in Vo2 max, left ventricular function and cardiac sympathetic and parasympathetic disharmony. Purpose: To systematically summarize the randomized controlled studies and investigated the effect of comprehensive renal rehabilitation in patients on hemodialysis. Data source: Four electronic data base (PubMed, Pedro, Cochrane and Google scholar) were searched from 2014 till 2024. Study selection: Two independent reviewers screened studies for eligibility first by title then by title then by abstract then finally full text. Data extraction: Fourteen studies met the inclusion criteria of this review, all of them were about comprehensive renal rehabilitation in hemodialysis studies valid reliable (clinical trials) was assessed using Pedro and the Cochrane risk of bias assessment tool. Data synthesis: Fourteen studies were included in the quality assessment. For Pedro scale, six studies introduced the least bias, 8 yes in their scores with good quality, as there was blinding for the assessor and follow up for more than 85 % for at least one key out come in both studies which decrease the risk of bias in both studies and increase its quality. While, The high risk of bias represented in, with 5 yes and in, with 4 yes, which both are of fair quality and this is due to the absence mainly of concealed allocation which increase the risk of bias in the randomization, both have no follow up for at least 85% for one key outcome or intention to treat analysis which increase the risk of the bias in the result. The rest of studies were between 6 and 7 yes indicating good quality. Result: it was showed that there was significant effect of comprehensive renal rehabilitation in hemodialysis in the outcome measurers (Fatigue level, Vo2 max, muscle strength, physical, mental function and blood pressure change). Conclusion: This analysis showed that there were effects of comprehensive renal rehabilitation in patients on hemodialysis |

الخلفية: إعادة تأهيل الكلى هي تدخل منسق ومتعدد الأوجه مصمم لتحسين الأداء البدني والنفسي والاجتماعي لمرضى الكلى، وتشير قاعدة الأدلة المتزايدة إلى أن تدريب التمارين الرياضية في مرضى غسيل الكلى يحسن من الحد الأقصى لاستهلاك الأكسجين ووظيفة البطين الأيسر والجهاز السمبثاوي والباراسيمبثاوي. الغرض: تلخيص الدراسات الخاضعة للرقابة بشكل منهجي والتحقيق في تأثير إعادة تأهيل الكلى الشامل في غسيل الكلى. مصدر البيانات: تم البحث في أربع قواعد بيانات إلكترونية (PubMed و Pedro و Cochrane وGoogle Scholar) من عام 2014 حتى عام 2024. اختيار الدراسة: قام مراجعان مستقلان بفحص الدراسات من حيث الأهلية أولاً حسب العنوان ثم حسب الملخص ثم أخيرًا النص الكامل. استخراج البيانات: استوفت أربع عشرة دراسة معايير الإدراج في هذه المراجعة، وكانت جميعها حول إعادة تأهيل الكلى الشامل في دراسات غسيل الكلى وتم تقييم الجودة باستخدام Pedro وأداة تقييم مخاطر التحيز في Cochrane. تجميع البيانات: تم تضمين أربع عشرة دراسة في تقييم الجودة، وكانت الدراسات ذات جودة جيدة بينما كانت الدراسات الباقية ذات جودة مقبولة على مقياس بيدرو، وتشير الدراسات إلى ذلك. النتيجة: أظهر التحليل التلوي أن هناك تأثيرًا كبيرًا لإعادة التأهيل الكلوي الشامل في غسيل الكلى في مقاييس النتائج (مستوى التعب، الحد الأقصى لاستهلاك الأكسجين، قوة العضلات، الوظيفة البدنية والعقلية وتغير ضغط الدم). الاستنتاج: أظهر هذا التحليل أن هناك تأثيرات لإعادة التأهيل الكلوي الشامل في غسيل الكلى |
