Summary, etc. Background: The Study Investigated Metallic Nanoparticles Synthesized extracellularly.<br/>Using actinomycetes isolated from different environments as (The Mediterranean Sea, Some Fields, stagnant water, underground water, and rainfall water). Screening For actinomycetes For biosynthesis of metallic nanoparticles revealed that among collected thirty-five sample only six actinomycetes could obtained and among six Tested actinomycetes, only three exhibited The ability to synthesis AgNPs with antibacterial activity. These potent isolates were identified as Streptomyces albus strain smmdk14 (OR685674), Micromonospora maris strain smmdk13 (OR685672), and Arthrobacter crystallopoietes strain smmdk12 (OR685674), based on their characteristics.. On the basic of morphological and Physiological Properties Together with 16rRNA sequences.The biosynthesized AgNPS significantly affected and inhibited The growth of medically important Pathogenic bacteria (E-coli spp , Pseudomonas spp , Klebsiella spp<br/>,Enterococcus spp ,Staphylococcus aureus, Acintobacter spp). biosynthesized AgNPS. were achieved by addition of silver nitrate (1 mM) To Culture Supernatant and monitored by Color Change after Incubation Then Characterization by Ultra visible Spectrophotometer, Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR)Spectroscopy and transmission election microscopy (TEM). The obtained AgNPS Spherical and particles Size (6.46nm-24.7nm).optimization of Culture employed for production of AgNPs. Antimicrobial effect of AgNPs comparison with different antibiotics ,cytotoxicity and wound healing activities were evaluated. The microbiologically synthesized AgNPs act as antibacterial agent against six clinical pathogenic isolates. Moreover, silver nanoparticles exhibited a significant antibacterial effect more than many used antibiotics in study. Wound healing results illustrated that fibroblasts advanced toward the opening to close the scratch wound by roughly 66.4% after a 24-h exposure to Ag-NPs, greatly accelerating the wound healing process. In conclusion, a silver nanoparticles was successfully prepared and exhibited antibacterial, and wound healing activities that could be used in the medical field.
