The purpose was to compare the efects of diet and exercise and laser interference and maneuver on anthropometric parameters and blood efects of object agents. The study was a semi longitudinal interventional study. It included 45 adolescents from both sexes who were divided into two groups: one group was treated with low calorie diet and exercise as group A and group B was treated with low calorie diet, exercise, and laser acupuncture. All parameters and blood samples were done before and after the interventions. Group A showed a highly signifcant reduction post intervention in anthropometric parameters: triceps skin fold thickness (SFT), biceps SFT, subscapular SFT, suprailiac SFT, abdominal SFT, mid-upper arm circumference (MUAC), waist C, and hip C, except for waste/hip (W/H) ratio which showed no signifcant diference, p > 0.05 and some lipid profles (cholesterol, LDL) with p < 0.001 Whereas, a signifcant decrease in TG was observed (p < 0.05). On the other hand, a signifcant increase in HDL was observed (p < 0.05). Group B (LCD + exercise + LA) showed a highly signifcant reduction post intervention in anthropometric parameters: triceps SFT, biceps SFT, subscapular SFT, suprailiac SFT, abdominal SFT, MUAC, waist C, and Hip C, except for W/H ratio which showed no signifcant diference, p > 0.05 and lipid profle: cholesterol, LDL, and TG with (p < 0.001), whereas a highly signifcant increase in HDL was observed (p < 0.001). The current study revealed a signifcant diference between group A and group B regarding the percentage of change, where the highest values were found in group B compared to group A, in anthropometric parameters (weight, BMI, subscapular SFT, MUAC, waist circumference) and some lipid profles (LDL and HDL) with p < 0.05. Laser acupuncture was a safe, easy, and more efective tool with extra efect in management of obesity when added to diet and exercise on anthropometric parameters and lipid profle. المراهقة ، هي مرحلة حرجة في النمو البشري ، تتميز بالنمو البدني ونضوج الخصائص الجنسية الثانوية. و قد وجد أن 12.1٪ و 6.2٪ من المراهقين المصريين يعانون من زيادة الوزن والسمنة ، على التوالي. ويرتبط هذا الانتشار بالتحول الغذائي في مصر، مدفوعا بزيادة استهلاك المواد الغذائية المولدة للطاقة و انتشار الوجبات السريعة.<br/>وقد ثبت ان السمنة يصاحبها التهاب بسيط و لكنه مزمن في النسيج الدهني الأبيض و ذلك نتيجة لنشاط مزمن في جهاز المناعة. وبزيادة كتلة النسيج الدهني تنشط عملية الالتهاب تلقائيا في هذا النسيج والكبد وخلايا المناعة. وهذه العملية تؤدي الي زيادة معدلات السيتوكينز ودلالات الالتهاب في الدم. ويعتبر عامل نخر الورم ألفا والانترلوكين 6 أكثر السيتوكينز أهمية ومسؤولان عن عملية الالتهاب المزمن.<br/>و تتضمن طرق علاج السمنة اتباع نظام غذائي, تعديل أسلوب الحياة, أدوية علاج السمنة, جراحات السمنة, والابر الصينية ومنها الوخز بالليزر. و يعد الوخز بالليزر ذو مميزات عديدة. تتضمن هذه المميزات سهولة التطبيق, الدقة في قياس الجرعة, لا يصاحبه ألم.وعملية الوخز سريعة و آمنة وقليلة التكلفة ولايوجد خطورة من التلوث وقد ظهر ان لها دور فعال في علاج السمنة.<br/> والآليات التي يعمل بها الوخز بالليزر لانقاص الوزن هي كالآتي؛ أولا: تنظيم البيبتيدات العصبية المرتبطة بالسمنة في الجهاز العصبي المركزي و مستودع الدهون المشتقة اديبوكينز. ثانيا: تنظيم المسار العصبي بين جزء المخ تحت المهاد والغدة النخامية و قشرة الغدة الكظرية, و المسار العصبي بين الجهاز العصبي السمبثاويو قشرة الغدة الكظرية لتنظيم الشهية. ثالثا: تقليل الدهون الثلاثية والبروتين الدهني منخفض الكثافة والكوليستيرول وبذلك تقلل الدهون في الدم. رابعا: تقليل جرثومة العصوانية والتي توجد في الأشخاص البدناء. |
