Summary, etc.	In order to improve stock market liquidity surrounding new equity offerings, this <br/>research aims to investigate how companies might increase the level of disclosure <br/>regarding their intangible assets.by relying on intangible assets as a proxy for <br/>Intangible assets disclosure. A sample of 26 Egyptian listed firms on the Egyptian <br/>Stock Exchange (EGX 100) from the year 2014 to 2023. The researcher used <br/>Ordinary Least Square (OLS) and (t-test) for testing regression models through <br/>STATA 17 software. The findings revealed; (1) For companies that have <br/>Intangible assets, Stock liquidity increased after new equity issuance than before. <br/>(2) For non-Intangible companies, No change in stock liquidity after new equity <br/>issuance. (3) Between companies that have and don’t have intangible assets, <br/>Stock liquidity increased after the new equity issuance. The findings reveal how <br/>new information can mitigate information asymmetry regards intangible assets <br/>and give investors good signs about intangible assets increasing investors <br/>‘confidence while issuing new equity.

Summary, etc.	من أجل تحسين سيولة سوق الأوراق المالية المحيطة بعروض الأسهم الجديدة، يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة كيفية قيام الشركات بزيادة مستوى الإفصاح فيما يتعلق بأصولها غير الملموسة. من خلال الاعتماد على الأصول غير الملموسة كبديل للإفصاح عن الأصول غير الملموسة. عينة مكونة من 26 شركة مصرية مقيدة بالبورصة المصرية (EGX 100) من عام 2014 إلى 2023. استخدم الباحث المربع الأصغر العادي (OLS) واختبار (t-test) لاختبار نماذج الانحدار من خلال برنامج STATA 17. وكشفت النتائج؛ (1) بالنسبة للشركات التي لديها أصول غير ملموسة، زادت سيولة الأسهم بعد إصدار أسهم جديدة عن ذي قبل. (2) بالنسبة للشركاتاللتي لا يوجد لديها أصول ملموسة، لا يوجد تغيير في سيولة الأسهم بعد إصدار أسهم جديدة. (3) بين الشركات التي لديها أصول غير ملموسة والتي لا تملكها، زادت سيولة الأسهم بعد إصدار الأسهم الجديدة. وتكشف النتائج كيف يمكن للمعلومات الجديدة أن تخفف من عدم التوازن المعلوماتي فيما يتعلق بالأصول غير الملموسة وتعطي المستثمرين إشارات جيدة حول الأصول غير الملموسة مما يزيد من <br/>ثقة المستثمرين أثناء إصدار أسهم جديدة
