The lifetime performance index is one of the process capability indices. It is essentialto quality control because it provides insight into a product’s performance,particularly when living a prolonged life is regarded as superior. Applying statisticaltechniques like censoring schemes, is essential for driving research progress,in all fields, especially in econometrics, actuarial science, environmental science,survival research, life analysis, and reliability testing. Generalized order statisticscombines several statistical techniques, such as order statistics, upper recordvalues, progressive first failure censoring, and progressive type II censoring. Inthis thesis, two of the most important distributions are included. <br/>The first is thePareto distribution, which is useful in modality. It is a valuable model for lifetimedata (such as for modeling wealth, income patterns, reliability engineering, failurerates of mechanical systems, etc). The second one is the Burr III distribution,which can handle a broad variety of data sources, and it is often used in stress reliabilitymodels to evaluate the components under stress, equipment failure studiesto model failure times, and reliability research. It is particularly beneficial thatit can handle data that are heavy-tailed or skewed. This thesis introduces twosignificant contributions. |

تطبيق التقنيات الإحصائية مثل أنظمة المراقبة أمر ضروري لدفع تقدم البحث في جميع المجالات، وخاصة الإقتصاد القياسي، وعلوم التأمين، ومعالجة الإشارات، والعلوم البيئية، ونظرية القيم القصوى،وبحوث دالة البقاء،واختبارات الحياة، واختبار الموثوقية.<br/> الإحصاءات الترتيبية المعممة(Generalized Order Statistics)تجمع بين عدة تقنيات إحصائية، مثل الإحصاءات الترتيبية(Order Statistics)، والقيم العليا للسجلات(Upper Record)، ومخططات أكثر تعقيدًا مثل المراقبة التقدمية للفشل الأول (Progressive First Failure Censoring Scheme)،والمراقبة التقدمية من النوع الثاني. (Progressive Type II Censoring Scheme) <br/>مؤشر الأداء لزمن البقاء (Lifetime Performance (LPI)) هو أحد مؤشرات الأداء الضرورية لمراقبة الجودة؛ لأنه يوفر نظرة ثاقبة للأداء المحتمل للمنتج،خاصة في الظروف التي يتم قياستفوق المنتج عن طريق قياس فترة الأداء بدون فشل، وكلما زادت هذه الفترة زاد تفوق المنتج.<br/>وقد تم تطبيق الدراسه على توزيع باريتو، والذى يعد نموذجًا قيمًا لتحليل بيانات العمر الزمني،والشائع أن توزيع باريتو مناسب لنمذجة أنماط الثروة والدخل، ولكنه مفيد أيضًا في هندسة الموثوقية(Reliability Engineering)؛ حيث يُستخدم لنمذجة معدلات فشل الأنظمة الميكانيكية، كما يُستخدم في الإحصاء الحيوي والبحوث الطبية؛ لنمذجة فشل النظام أو تكرار المرض،ويُستخدم أيضًا في علوم البيئة لتمثيل الظواهر الطبيعية المتطرفة؛ مثل الفيضانات والزلازل،ويتم تطبيقه في تعلم الآلة؛ حيث يُستخدم أثناء اختيار الميزات أو تحسين النموذج.<br/>كما تم التطبيق ايضا على توزيع بيير من النوع الثالث الذى يمكنه التعامل مع مجموعة متنوعة من مصادر البيانات، وغالبا ما يستخدم في نماذج القوة–الإجهاد، ودراسات فشل المعدات، وأبحاث الموثوقية،ومن المفيد بشكل خاص أنه يتمكن من التعامل مع البيانات ذات الذيل الثقيلأو البيانات الملتوية(heavy-tailed or skewed.) ، كذلك يتم الاستفادة من توزيع بيير فى العلوم الاكتوارية والتطبيقات فى مجال الطقس ونماذج الأسعار. |
