| Summary, etc. | تُعد فترات ضعف الدول الكبرى واضمحلالها هى أصدق الفترات فى تاريخها كلها، وذلك لأن فيها تتجلى كل الأخطاء والمشكلات التى تصاحب الدولة منذ بواكيرها الأولى، فتسعى الدولة إلى حلها، وتجتهد في سبيل ذلك ما وسعها، ولكنها ما تلبث أن تكتشف أن هذه الأخطاء والمشكلات عاصية على المواجهة فتستسلم لها حتى تقضي عليها وتكتب لها النهاية بواسطة قوة فتية تبحث عن ضالتها فى كيان هَرَم تسعى للحلول محله . ينطبق هذا الوصف أشد الانطباق على الأوضاع الداخلية للدولة الموحدية فى طور ضعفها، حيث تجلت جميع المشكلات التى صاحبتها منذ التأسيس فى هذه الفترة، وأخذت تحاصرها بالتدريج وبإحكام حتى أنهكتها وشلت حركتها، وبذلك اصبحت الفرصة مواتية للمرينيين للإجهاز عليها وتكوين دولتهم على أنقاضها . فنجد أن الكثير من المشكلات السياسية التي استفحلت فى طور ضعف هى وليدة عصر القوة والازدهار، فمنذ عهد الخليفة عبد المؤمن بن على (524 – 558 هـ/ 1129 – 1162م) لم يُضع نظام لعملية انتقال السلطة داخل البيت الحاكم، ومن ثم أصبحت عملية تولى الخليفة محكومة برؤية سلفه وبمصالح الأشياخ وقد انعكس هذا على ضعف منصب الخليفة والتناحر بين أفراد البيت الحاكم .<br/>تحتوي الدراسة على مقدمة وتمهيد وأربعة فصول وخاتمة وقسم للملاحق فقد جاء التمهيد بعنوان "الأوضاع الداخلية للدولة الموحدية فى عهد الازدهار(558 – 610هـ / 1162 – 1213م)"، وخصص الفصل الأول بعنوان "الأوضاع السياسية للدولة الموحدية في طور الضعف (610 -668هـ /1213 – 1269م)"، أما الفصل الثانى وعنوانه "الأوضاع الاقتصادية فى بلاد المغرب الأقصى فى طور الضعف الموحدي (610 – 668هـ / 1213 -1269م)"، وحمل الفصل الثالث عنوان "الأوضاع الاجتماعية والثقافية في بلاد المغرب الأقصى في طور الضعف الموحدي (610 -668هـ / 1213 -1269م)"، أما الفصل الرابع والأخير وعنوانه "سقوط دولة الموحدين عام 668هـ /1269م"، وقد انتهت الدراسة بأهم النتائج التى توصلت إليها الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من الملاحق، وقائمة بالمراجع. |

| Summary, etc. | The periods of weakness and decline of major states are the most accurate periods in their entire history, because in them all the errors and problems that have accompanied the state since its early beginnings are revealed, so the state seeks to solve them, and strives to do so as much as it can, but it soon discovers that these errors and problems are resistant to confrontation, so it surrenders to them until it eliminates them and writes its end by means of a young force searching for its lost in an old entity that it seeks to replace.This description applies most closely to the internal conditions of the Almohad state during its period of weakness, as all the problems that accompanied it since its founding were revealed during this period, and began to gradually and tightly besiege it until they exhausted it and paralyzed its movement, and thus the opportunity became ripe for the Marinids to finish it off and form their state on its ruins. We find that many of the political problems that worsened during a period of weakness were the product of an era of strength and prosperity. Since the era of Caliph Abd al-Mu'min ibn Ali (524-558 AH/1129-1162 AD), no system was established for the process of transferring power within the ruling house. Thus, the process of assuming the caliphate became governed by the vision of his predecessor and the interests of the sheikhs. This was reflected in the weakness of the position of the caliph and the conflict between members of the ruling house. The study includes an introduction, a preface, four chapters, a conclusion, and a section for appendices. The preface is titled "The Internal Conditions of the Almohad State in the Era of Prosperity (558-610 AH / 1162-1213 AD)". The first chapter is titled "The Political Conditions of the Almohad State in the Phase of Weakness (610-668 AH / 1213-1269 AD)". The second chapter is titled "The Economic Conditions in the Maghreb in the Phase of Almohad Weakness (610-668 AH / 1213-1269 AD)". The third chapter is titled "The Social and Cultural Conditions in the Maghreb in the Phase of Almohad Weakness (610-668 AH / 1213-1269 AD)". The fourth and final chapter is titled "The Fall of the Almohad State in 668 AH / 1269 AD". The study ends with the most important results reached by the study, in addition to a group of Appendices, and a list of references. |
