هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على الأنماط السلوكية لثقافة الفقر في القاهرة والجزائر العاصمة, تنتمي هذه الدراسة للدراسات الأنثروبولوجية الوصفية التحليلية، حيث تهدف الدراسة إلى وصف ومعرفة الأنماط السلوكية لثقافة الفقر في القاهرة والجزائر العاصمة من خلال المنهج الأنثروبولوجي, واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الانثروبولوجي, والذي اعتمد على المقابلة المتعمقة والمفتوحة, ودليل العمل الميداني, وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (200) مفردة من الجنسين الذكور والاناث في مدينة القاهرة ( منطقة التلاتيني- هرم) , تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين 25- 50 سنة فأكثر.<br/>توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج ومن أهمها تمثلت الأنماط السلوكية للتكيف مع ثقافة الفقر في مدينة القاهرة يتم من خلال تبادل الخدمات باستمرار بين أفراد الأسر الفقيرة وبعضها, فتركن المرأة إلى جارتها لحماية أبنائها دون إعلان مسبق وتستعير, منها بعض قطع الأثاث البسيطة في حالة وجود ضيوف , وأيضا بعض الأدوات المنزلية كالأكواب والأطباق, وقد تسألها بعض اللحوم أو الأطعمة لتستر بها بيتها أمام الضيوف, وتغذية الفقراء نجد ان الطعام لديهم ترتبط بالكم لا بالكيف, وذلك لان كل ما يهم الفرد البسيط هو ان يملأ بطنه بغض النظر عن نوعية الطعام الذي يتناوله وجودته ونظافته, مما نتج عن وجود مجموعة من الأمراض عرفت لدى الأطباء بأنها أمراض الفقراء, ومنها مجموعة الأمراض المرتبطة بتناول أطعمة الشوارع كالقرحة والقولون وتلوث الأمعاء والالتهاب الكبدي , والأمراض الفيروسية, ومجموعة الأمراض المرتبطة بسوء التغذية, والأسرة الفقيرة تضع في شرايين أطفالها اليأس والاستسلام وقيم القسوة وانتهاز الفرص والخطف, والأخذ بحق وغير حق, وتمجد قيم المداهنة والمواربة والتشكك والحذر والفهلوة, وهذا كله هو تكيف الأسرة الفقيرة لما حولها, كما تتكيف مع ظروفها الصعبة.<br/> |

The study aimed to identify the behavioral patterns of the culture of poverty in Cairo and Algiers. This study belongs to descriptive and analytical anthropological studies, as the study aims to describe and know the behavioral patterns of the culture of poverty in Cairo and Algiers through the anthropological approach. The study relied on the anthropological approach, which relied on The in-depth and open interview, and the field work guide, and the study sample consisted of (200) individuals of both sexes, males and females, in the city of Cairo (Al-Tlatini area - Haram), whose ages ranged between 25-50 years and above.<br/>The study reached a set of results, the most important of which was the behavioral patterns of adapting to the culture of poverty in the city of Cairo. This occurs through the constant exchange of services between members of poor families and each other. Women leave with their neighbors to protect their children without prior announcement and borrow, including some simple pieces of furniture in the event of guests. And also some household utensils such as cups and plates, and you may ask her for some meat or food to cover her house in front of the guests, Feeding the poor, we find that their food is related to quantity, not quality. This is because all that matters to the simple individual is to fill his stomach, regardless of the type, quality, and cleanliness of the food he eats. This resulted in the presence of a group of diseases known to doctors as diseases of the poor, including a group of diseases associated with By eating street foods such as ulcers, colon, intestinal pollution, hepatitis, viral diseases, and a group of diseases related to malnutrition, The poor family puts in the veins of its children despair, surrender, and the values of cruelty, seizing opportunities, kidnapping, and taking right and wrong, and glorifies the values of flattery, evasion, skepticism, caution, and foolishness. All of this is the poor family’s adaptation to what is around it, just as it adapts to its difficult circumstances.<br/> |
