| Summary, etc. | Healing can often be severely disrupted by bacterial infection, and wound repair remains a clinical challenge. For this reason, it is essential to treat wounds correctly and efficiently. The key objective of photosensitizer-based therapies is to destroy pathogenic bacteria by stimulating the photosensitizer to produce reactive oxygen species by the proper excitation source irradiation. The development of nanomedicine has made novel pharmaco-therapeutic techniques conceivable in recent years to aid in the drug's passive tissue penetration, control its solubility, and boost its thermodynamic activity, Nano devices may be a suitable formulation. Hydrogel nanomaterials have application in tissue regeneration and medication delivery. PDT promotes wound healing by regulating skin homeostasis, induction of pro-inflammatory cytokines, boosting re-epithelialization, encouraging angiogenesis and regeneration. This study highlights PDT as an intriguing field for further investigation, and created a new preparation technique using methylene blue loaded polyethylene glycol (MB-PEG) and improved wound healing in mice with incisional wounds. |

| Summary, etc. | غالبًا ما يتعطل الشفاء بشدة بسبب العدوى البكتيرية، ويظل التئام الجرح يمثل تحديًا سريريًا. ولهذا السبب، من الضروري علاج الجروح بشكل صحيح وفعال. الهدف الرئيسي من العلاجات القائمة على المحسس الضوئي هو تدمير البكتيريا المسببة للأمراض عن طريق تحفيز المحسس الضوئي لإنتاج أنواع الأكسجين التفاعلية عن طريق تشعيع مصدر الإثارة المناسب. لقد أدى تطور الطب النانوي إلى جعل تقنيات العلاج الدوائي الجديدة ممكنة في السنوات الأخيرة للمساعدة في اختراق الأنسجة السلبية للدواء، والتحكم في قابليته للذوبان، وتعزيز نشاطه الديناميكي الحراري، وقد تكون الأجهزة النانوية تركيبة مناسبة. المواد النانوية الهيدروجيلية لها تطبيقات في تجديد الأنسجة وتوصيل الأدوية. يعزز PDT التئام الجروح عن طريق تنظيم توازن الجلد، وتحفيز السيتوكينات المؤيدة للالتهابات، وتعزيز إعادة التشكل الظهاري، وتشجيع تكوين الأوعية الدموية والتجديد. تسلط هذه الدراسة الضوء على PDT باعتباره مجالًا مثيرًا للاهتمام لمزيد من البحث، وأنشأت تقنية تحضير جديدة باستخدام البولي إيثيلين غليكول المحمل بالميثيلين بلو (MB-PEG) وتحسين التئام الجروح في الفئران ذات الجروح الجراحية. |
