| Summary, etc. | تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع الاعتماد على وسائل الإعلام التقليدية والرقمية كمصادر للمعلومات المتعلقة بجائحة كورونا "كوفيد - 19" في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. تهدف الدراسة إلى رصد وتوصيف المحتوى الإعلامي المقدم حول الجائحة، بالإضافة إلى قياس مدى اعتماد الجمهور الإماراتي على هذه المعلومات. كما تسلط الضوء على التأثيرات المعرفية والوجدانية والسلوكية الناتجة عن هذا الاعتماد، مما يسهم في تحسين الأداء الإعلامي في إدارة الجوائح الصحية. محتوى الدراسة: استندت الدراسة إلى منهج الدراسة الوصفية، حيث تم استخدام منهج المسح بشقيه الميداني والتحليلي. تم جمع المعلومات من وسائل الإعلام التقليدية والرقمية، بالإضافة إلى الجمهور، حيث تم تطبيق الدراسة الميدانية بأسلوب العينات العمدية للجمهور من عمر 18 عاماً فأكثر في إمارات دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. النتائج التحليلية: تم تطبيق الدراسة التحليلية على برنامج "صحتكم أمانة" على قناة أبوظبي، وموقع الإمارات اليوم. أظهرت النتائج أن برنامج "صحتكم أمانة" كان الأكثر تناولًا لقضايا جائحة كورونا بنسبة بلغت 62% من مجمل قضايا الجائحة، مقارنة بموقع الإمارات اليوم الذي جاء في المرتبة الثانية بنسبة 38%. القضايا الأكثر تناولًا: جاءت قضية "الجهود الإماراتية لاحتواء جائحة كورونا" في المرتبة الأولى بنسبة 37% من بين قضايا الجائحة في برنامج "صحتكم أمانة"، كما حازت نفس القضية على المرتبة الأولى بنسبة 53% في موقع الإمارات اليوم. الموضوعات المعالجة: عرض برنامج "صحتكم أمانة" 65% من الموضوعات الخاصة بجائحة كورونا ضمن الموضوعات التي تجمع بين الاتجاه الإيجابي والسلبي، بينما عرض موقع الإمارات اليوم 49% من تلك الموضوعات. الاستمالات المستخدمة: اعتمد برنامج "صحتكم أمانة" في المرتبة الأولى على الاستمالات العقلانية والعاطفية معًا في تناول موضوعات الجائحة بنسبة 56%. كما أظهرت النتائج توافق موقع الإمارات اليوم مع برنامج "صحتكم أمانة" في توظيف الاستمالات العقلانية والعاطفية حيث جاءت في المرتبة الأولى بنسبة 51%. القوى الفاعلة: أظهرت النتائج أن مؤسسات الدولة جاءت في المرتبة الأولى كأكثر القوى الفاعلة والحاضرة في قضايا جائحة كورونا بنسبة 92%. التعامل مع المعلومات: أدركت وسائل الإعلام الإماراتية بشقيها التقليدي والرقمي أهمية المنطقية في التعاطي مع جائحة كورونا، وتجنبت المعلومات السلبية أو الشائعات التي قد تسبب حالة من الهلع والخوف في المجتمع. الأطر المستخدمة: حاول برنامج "صحتكم أمانة" توظيف الإطار الطبي بنسبة 61% من مجمل الموضوعات حول قضايا الجائحة، بينما اعتمد موقع الإمارات اليوم على الإطار السياسي كأكثر الأطر التي عالج من خلالها قضايا الجائحة بنسبة 61%. المصادر المعتمدة: اعتمد برنامج "صحتكم أمانة" على المصادر الحكومية بنسبة 38% كأكثر المصادر التي يعتمد عليها في تناول موضوعات الجائحة، بينما ركز موقع الإمارات اليوم على توفير معلومات موثوقة وعلمية حول الجائحة، معتمدًا على المصادر الحكومية بنسبة 68.6%. الخاتمة: تظهر نتائج الدراسة أهمية وسائل الإعلام التقليدية والرقمية في تقديم المعلومات حول جائحة كورونا، ومدى تأثيرها على الجمهور الإماراتي. كما تسلط الضوء على ضرورة تحسين الأداء الإعلامي لضمان تقديم معلومات دقيقة وموثوقة تسهم في تعزيز الوعي والوقاية في المجتمع. |

| Summary, etc. | This study addresses the reliance on traditional and digital media as sources of information during the COVID-19 pandemic in the United Arab Emirates. This study aims to monitor and describe the media content provided about the pandemic and measure the extent of the Emirati public's reliance on this information. It also highlights the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral impacts resulting from this reliance, contributing to the improvement of media performance in managing health crises.The study was based on a descriptive research methodology, utilizing both field and analytical survey methods. Information was gathered from traditional and digital media, as well as from the public, employing a purposive sampling approach targeting individuals aged 18 and older across the Emirates of the United Arab Emirates. Analytical Results The analytical study focused on the "Your Health is a Trust" program on Abu Dhabi TV and the Emirates Today website. The results indicated that the "Your Health is a Trust" program addressed COVID-19 issues the most, accounting for 62% of all pandemic-related topics, compared to the Emirates Today website, which ranked second at 38%. Most Addressed Issues<br/>The issue of "Emirati Efforts to Contain the COVID-19 Pandemic" ranked first, comprising 37% of the pandemic topics in the "Your Health is a Trust" program, while the same issue ranked first at 53% on the Emirates Today website. Topics Covered The TV program "Your Health is a Trust" presented 65% of the topics related to COVID-19 among those that combined positive and negative angles, while the Emirates Today website covered 49% of such topics. Techniques Used: The "Your Health is a Trust" program primarily relied on both rational and emotional appeals in addressing pandemic topics, at a rate of 56%. The results also showed that the Emirates Today website aligned with the "Your Health is a Trust" program in employing rational and emotional appeals, ranking first at 51%. Active Forces: The results revealed that state institutions were the most active and present forces in COVID-19 issues, accounting for 92%. Handling Information: Emirati media, both traditional and digital, recognized the importance of logical reasoning in addressing the COVID-19 pandemic, avoiding negative information or rumors that could induce panic and fear within the community. Frameworks Used: The "Your Health is a Trust" program attempted to employ a medical framework for 61% of the topics concerning pandemic issues. At the same time, the Emirates Today website relied on a political framework as the primary approach for discussing pandemic issues, also at 61%. Sources Utilized: The "Your Health is a Trust" program relied on government sources for 38% of its pandemic-related topics. At the same time, the Emirates Today website focused on providing reliable and scientific information about the pandemic, depending on government sources for 68.6%. Conclusion: The study's results highlight the importance of traditional and digital media in providing information about the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on the Emirati public. It also underscores the necessity of improving media performance to ensure accurate and reliable information that contributes to raising awareness and promoting prevention within the community. |
