| Summary, etc. | تدور إشكالية الدراسة حول مدى إمكانية تحديد الوضع والمركز القانوني الذي يكتسبه اللاجئ البيئي، وتحديد مدى شمول مصادر القانون الدولى العام الى القواعد التي تحدد المركز القانوني للاجئى البيئة وسبل حمايتهم، وكذا الإجراءات المتبعة للإقلال من المخاطر التي يتعرضون لها في ظل المؤشرات التي تؤكد نمو هذه الفئة نظراً لزيادة ونمو مسبباتها، ومن ثم دراسة معاهدة جنيف 1951 لحماية اللاجئين وأسباب عدم إنطباقها على فئة اللاجئين البيئيين وما يمثله ذلك من ضرورة التحديد الدقيق لهذه الفئات حتى يتثنى للكيانات الدولية وضع الأطر العامة والخاصة اللازمة للتعامل معهم. كما إستعرضت الدراسة المفاهيم الرئيسية المتعلقة باللاجئين والمهاجرين وطرق إكتسابهم للمركز القانوني وبالتالي تحديد مدى خضوعهم لإشتراطات التقدم بطلبات اللجوء والتي حددها القانون الدولى في معاهدة جنيف 1951 لحماية اللاجئين وبروتوكلها الإضافى، كما إستعرضت الدراسة المفاهيم المتعلقة بالأزمات والكوارث البيئية والتي تمثل المسبب |
