| Summary, etc. | Chirality is a development topic in many fields of life nowadays. Chiral molecular recognition for the drugs has a great impact on the pharmacological, pharmacokinetic, toxicological, and efficacy of the drug profile.<br/>This thesis is concerned with the development of simple, robust and eco-friendly analytical methods for the chiral separation and quantitative analysis of certain drugs, namely; Atracurium (ATR), Cisatracurium (cisATR) and Dexketoprofen (DKP). The aim of this work was to develop different analytical methods which were characterized by being simple, accurate and of appropriate degree of sensitivity for the analysis of the above-mentioned drugs in their powdered form, pharmaceutical formulations and their application in human plasma. Moreover, introducing green and white assessment tools to validate the eco-friendly criteria of the methods. This thesis contains 4 chapters in addition to an Arabic summary. The four chapters are: Chapter I: General introduction and literatures review of the studied drugs were described.<br/>Chapter II: Comparative study for chiral separation of Atracurium besylate isomers: Eco- friendly HPLC using Lux Cellulose-3 chiral column, and TLC-Densitomerty approaches.<br/>Chapter III: Chiral Separation of Racemic Atracurium through β-Cyclodextrin Sulphated Sodium Modified Gold Nanoparticles/Pencil Graphite Electrode: An Eco-Friendly Voltammetric Behavior of Cisatracurium Isomer in Real Samples.<br/>Chapter IV: Rational Design of Selective Electrochemical Sensor for Dexketoprofen Determination in Human Plasma Application based on Molecularly Imprinted Co-Polymer. |

| Summary, etc. | التماثل الجزيئي هو موضوع تطوير في العديد من مجالات الحياة في الوقت الحاضر. التمييز الجزيئي الكيرالي للأدوية له تأثير كبير على الخصائص الدوائية، الحركية الدوائية، السمية، وفعالية ملف الدواء. السياق: التمييز الجزيئي الكيرالي للأدوية له تأثير كبير على الخصائص الدوائية، الحركية الدوائية، السمية، والفعالية لملف الدواء. تتعلق هذه الأطروحة بتطوير طرق تحليلية بسيطة، قوية وصديقة للبيئة للفصل الكيرالي والتحليل الكمي لبعض الأدوية، وهي: أتراكوريوم، سيساتراكوريوموديكسكيتوبروفين. <br/>تتناول هذه الرسالة تطوير طرق تحليلية بسيطة وفعالة وصديقة للبيئة لفصل الكيرال والتحليل الكمي لبعض الأدوية، وهي: أتراكوريوم، سيساتراكوريوموديكسكيتوبروفين. كان الهدف من هذا العمل هو تطوير طرق تحليلية مختلفة تتميز بالبساطة والدقة ودرجة مناسبة من الحساسية لتحليل الأدوية المذكورة أعلاه في شكلها المسحوق، والتراكيب الصيدلانية، وتطبيقها في بلازما الإنسان. علاوة على ذلك، تم تقديم أدوات التقييم الخضراء والبيضاء للتحقق من المعايير الصديقة للبيئة للطرق. تحتوي هذه الأطروحة على 4 فصول بالإضافة إلى ملخص باللغة العربية. الفصول الأربعة هي:<br/> الفصل الأول: تم وصف المقدمة العامة ومراجعة الأدبيات للأدوية المدروسة. السياق: الفصل الأول: تم وصف المقدمة العامة ومراجعة الأدبيات للأدوية المدروسة. <br/>الفصل الثاني: دراسة مقارنة لفصل الجزيئات المتشابهة لمتساويي الأشكال من أتراكوريوم بيسيلات: استخدام كروماتوغرافيا السائل عالية الأداء الصديقة للبيئة باستخدام عمود كيرالي من نوع لوكس سيلليلوز-3 ، وطرقكروماتوجرافيا الطبقة الرقيقة. <br/>الفصل الثالث: فصل الشيرال لأتراكوريوم الراسيمي من خلال جزيئات الذهب النانوية المعدلة بالصوديوم السلفاتي-بيتا سيكلودكسترين/ قلم الجرافيت: سلوك فولتاميتري صديق للبيئة لإيزومر سيساتراكوريوم في العينات الحقيقية. <br/>الفصل الرابع: التصميم العقلاني لجهاز استشعار كهربائي كيميائي انتقائي لتحديد الديكسكيتوبروفين في بلازما الدم البشرية بناءً على البوليمر المطبع جزيئيًا. |
