The primary objective of this study is to examine how VSM can identify inefficiencies, minimize waste, and lower carbon footprints across the supply chain, using a mixed-methods approach, the research combines case study analysis of Agripure’s production workflow with statistical validation via employee surveys (n=83) to assess VSM’s role in streamlining processes, reducing waste, and improving sustainability.<br/>Key findings reveal that VSM implementation:<br/>1. Reduced lead times by 39% (from 33 to 20 days) through optimized drying, sorting, and inventory management.<br/>2. Lowered CO₂ emissions by 37% by transitioning to solar-powered equipment and optimizing transportation.<br/>3. Improved cost efficiency (89.6% employee agreement) and product quality retention (75% post-VSM).<br/>Statistical analysis (Cronbach’s α > 0.83; p < 0.01) confirmed strong correlations between VSM dimensions (time, cost, transportation efficiency, environmental impact) and competitive advantage (R² = 73.2%).
