| Summary, etc. | هدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أزمة استدامة أداء سلاسل الإمداد فى ظل استخدام أحدث أدوات التطور التكنولوجى مثل (الحوسبة السحابية، سلاسل الكتل، البيانات الضخمة وأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعى) وبيان دورها وأثرها على أداء سلسلة الإمداد فى الصمود أمام التحديات والأزمات المتتالية منذ جائحة كوفيد-19 وحتى أزمة حرب روسيا وأوكرانيا وما لحقها من أزمات اقتصادية تؤثر على أداء سلاسل الإمداد العالمية والمحلية، وذلك بالتطبيق على إحدى الشركات العاملة بنظام المناطق الحرة العامة بالمنطقة الحرة بالسويس والرائدة فى مجال صناعة الإلكترونيات. حيث تظهر أهمية تطبيق إستراتيجية سلاسل الإمداد المستدامة، وسرعة استجابة سلاسل الامداد المحلية والعالمية لتبنى استراتيجيات حديثة قائمة على الاستفادة من التطورات التكنولوجية فى ظل الثورة الصناعية الرابعة القائمة على (الذكاء الاصطناعى، البيانات الضخمة وسلسلة الكتل "البلوك تشين" والحوسبة السحابية). حيث يظل التقدم التكنولوجى فى مجال الخدمات اللوجستية متأخرًا عن الصناعات الأخرى منذ سنوات عديدة. أما اليوم، فهناك العديد من الفوائد التى يقدمها الذكاء الاصطناعى والبيانات الضخمة خلال أنشطة سلاسل الإمداد والخدمات اللوجستية، ومن هذه الفوائد تقليل التكاليف وتسريع عمليات التسليم وتحسين التنبؤات وبالتالى خدمة العملاء. ومن أهم النتائج التى توصلت إليها الدراسة أنه يوجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية لتأثير استدامة سلسلة الإمداد على أداء سلسلة الإمداد من خلال الأبعاد الثلاثة (البيئى، الاجتماعى والاقتصادى)، كما أن تحقيق الاستدامة فى أداء سلسلة الإمداد بأبعادها الثلاث يتطلب الاستخدام الأمثل لأدوات التطور التكنولوجى. كما أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة تبنى الشركات فى سلسلة الإمداد لاستراتيجية عمل مستدامة باستخدام انسب أدوات التطور التكنولوجى لتحسين الأداء التنافسى وتحقيق زيادة فى حجم المبيعات والحصة السوقية ومواكبة التطور فى الأسواق العالمية والتغير السريع فى الطلب على المنتجات/ الخدمات على المدى البعيد. |

| Summary, etc. | Sustainability in the field of supply chains is one of the most crucial international issues, especially given the challenges that supply chains face in various parts of the world, as represented by the Russian-Ukrainian war and, before it, the Corona pandemic, in addition to the current global trend toward attention to sustainability in general and sustainable supply chains in particular, In the light of using recent Technological advances like Blockchain, Cloud accounting, Big data and Artificial intelligence programs and applications. With a research gap in previous studies dealing with supply chain technology, particularly its application to businesses. As a result, the current study aims to bridge this gap by investigating the impact of using supply chain technologies on building sustainable supply chains, to improve the performance of supply chain processes and activities and support the relationships of its parties. Findings of this study discovered that there is a positive, significant effect of using all dimensions of sustainability (economic, environmental and social) on the performance of supply chain. Recommendations of the study demonstrate how digitalization of supply chain capabilities can result in higher sustainable performance across the entire supply chain, and help improve competitive performance, increase sales, market share in addition of enhancing the capability of facing the rapid change of global markets and demands in the future.of the environmental world. |
