Cowpea (Vigna unguiculata (L.) Walp. Is an important legume. It is infested by several insect pest species in field. Survey of pests and associated predators were occurred on (Kream7, Balady and Kafr El-Sheikh) cowpea. The survey of insect and mite pests recorded on (kream7, Balady and Kafr El-Sheikh) cowpea. Divided into five orders about twelve insect pest species, belonging to eight insect families and one mite species pest belonging to Tetranychidae, the main of insect and mite pests according to their means were Empoasca decepiens Paoli, Aphis craccivora (Koch), Bemisia tabaci (Genn.) , Thrips, Thrips tabaci Lind, Jassid, Empoasca decipiens Paoli and Tetranychus urticae Koch. Assessment of the performance of three tested Cowpea varieties cultivars under pests attacking in the field and yield parameters, the statistical analysis of the obtained data by using ANOVA test revealed significant differences between the tested cultivars in their infestation with pests. Population density and seasonal fluctuation of some pests infesting different varieties of cowpea were studied correlation relationshio between ( three varieties ) with some a biotic factors and pests , the results showed that there were corelation relationship between abiotic factors with pests during two successive seasons. The control methods by using recommended insecticide and some alternative compounds against the pests infesting Cowpea such compounds included Bacillus thuringiensis (Dipel 6.4%DF),Fungi (Beauveria bassiana) formulation ,Datura, Datura stramonium extracts ( Order : Solanales .Fam: Slanaceae) extracts, Oleander, Nerium oleander extracts, Petrolium oil (Solo EC 80%) and insecticide (Garden blue 30% CS) in spraying some pests (Etiella zinckenella, Thrips tabaci and Bemisia tabaci) infesting cowpea plants, the compounds were twice applications during the experimental period. Impact of pests control on yields of cowpea , there were significant differences between each treatments on yield of cowpea, Datura extracts come at the first order recorded (158.11A), followed by other treatments . Fungus (116.0 AB), Dipel (105.67 B), Oleander (103.0 B), Garden (101.2 B), while control record (92.11 B), respectively. F value was 4.59 and LSD 05= 31.49. Increasing percentage in yield (No. of horns) ranged between 25 % to 87.5 % resulting from control of insects infesting cowpea. The results record No of horns as follows, Datura , fungus, oil, Oleander, Garden Dipel and control record 150, 130, 120, 110, 100, 80 and 80 horns , respectively. In case of grain / horn, record the results 10 to 13 seeds / horn. Also, infested horns were low in treatments compared control, where control record 50 horns, while other treatments record infestation ranged between 25 to 50. The treatments cause reduction in horn damage, healthy horns record 125 healthy horns with Datura treatments followed fungus 110 healthy horns but control treatments record low healthy horns 30 horns. Generally infested seeds record from 150 to 270 infested seeds while healthy seeds record 312 to 566 seeds. |

اللوبيا من جنس Vigna unguiculata (L.) Walp . من البقوليات الهامه وهى تهاجم بعدة أنواع من الافات الحشرية فى الحقل وقد تم إجراء حصرلأهم الافات الحشرية والحيوانية المرتبطه بالاصناف الاتيه (كريم 7 والبلدى وكفرالشيخ ) وعند إجراء الحصر للافات الحشريه والحيوانية على تلك الاصناف المشار اليها تواجد 5 رتب حشرية وحوالى 12 نوع من الافات الحشرية والتى تنتمى الى 8 عائلات حشرية ونوع واحد من العناكب ينتمى إلى Tetranychidae وكانت أهم الافات الحشريه والحيوانية هى <br/> Aphis craccivora (Koch), Bemisia tabaci ( Genn.) , Thrips, Thrips tabaci lind ,Jassid, Empoasca decipiens Paoli and Tetranychus urticae Koch.<br/>وعند تقييم أداء ثلاثة أصناف من اللوبيا المختبرة تحت تأثير الاصابة بالافات فى الحقل وتأثير ذلك على كفاءة المحصول أظهر التحليل الاحصائى للبيانات التى تم الحصول عليها بإستخدام إختبار ANOVA فروق معنوية بين الاصناف المختبرة فى إصابتها بالافات وتم دراسة الكثافه العددية والتقلبات الموسمية لبعض الافات التى تصيب أصناف مختلفة من اللوبيا والتى تم ربطها مع بعض العوامل الحيوية والافات وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إرتباط بين العوامل غير الحيوية والافات خلال موسمين متتاليين (2021/2022 &2022/2023 ) . تم إستخدام طرق المكافحه بإستخدام مبيد حشري موصى به وبعض المركبات البديلة (مستخلصات {داتورة , دفلة} ) وزيت معدنى و فطر وبكتيريا <br/>Bacillus thuringiensis (Dipel 6.4%DF),Fungi (Beauveria bassiana) formulation ,Datura, Datura stramonium extracts ( Order : Solanales . Fam: Slanaceae ) extracts , Oleander (Nerium oleander extracts, Petrolium oil (Solo EC 80%) and insecticide (Garden blue30%CS)) .<br/>فى مكافحة الافات (Etiella zinckenella, Thrips tabaci and Bemisia tabaci) التى تصيب نبات اللوبيا . ثم تم تطبيق المركبات مرتين فى تجربة لدراسة تأثير الكثافة العددية للافات على المحصول النهائى للوبيا كانت هناك فروق معنوية بين كل معاملة وجاء مستخلص الداتورة فى المرتبة الاولى مسجلا (A158.11) ثم الفطر( 116.0 AB) ثم (البكتريا الدايبل(105.67 B) ثم (مستخلص الدفلة ) الاولياندر( 103.0 B) ثم (المبيد) الجاردن بلو( 101.2 B) ثم الكنترول ( 92.11 B ) , F value = 4.59 LSD05 = 31.49 وتراوحت نسبة الزيادة فى المحصول بين 25% إلى 87.5 % نتيجة لمكافحة الافات التى تصيب اللوبيا . بالنسبة لعدد القرون سجلت النتائج بداية من الداتورة ثم الفطر ثم الزيت ثم الدفلة والدايبل واخيرا الكنترول على التوالى 150, 130, 120, 110, 100, 80 & 80 أما فى حالة عدد الحبوب داخل القرن زادت من 10 الى 13 بذرة / قرن . كما كانت القرون المصابة قليلة فى المعاملات مقارنة بالكنترول حيث سجل الكنترول 50 قرن وتسبب تطبيق الرش فى تقليل نسبة التلف فى القرون حيث سجل عدد القرون السليمه 125 قرنا / سليم مع الداتورة ثم الفطر سجل 110قرن / سليم أما الكنترول سجل نسبة منخفضة بنسبة 30 قرنا/ سليم . أما البذور المصابة سجلت 150 من 270 بذرة مصابة بينما سجلت البذور السليمه عدد يتراوح من 312 إلى 566 بذرة . |
