| Summary, etc. | Three green microalgal species (Chlamydomonas reinhardtii, Dictyochloropsissplendida,Muriella sp.) were cultured under four optimum culture conditions (nitrogen concentrations, light intensity, photoperiod,and salinity). The aim of the present study is to evaluate the algal growth parameters, antioxidant and anticancer efficiencies of the optimized biomasses.<br/>Extraction was performed by hexane, ethyl acetate, and methanol and produced 36 extracts (E1-E36). Antioxidant activity of the 36 crude extracts were performed by radical DPPH & non-radical KMnO4. E14 of D. splendida cultivated on 3gL-1 nitrogen was the promising crude extract exhibited the greatest antioxidant activity by both methods (85%). Fractionation of E14 was done by silica gel column chromatography produced 11 fractions (F1-F11). Greater antioxidant activity of F5, F8 occurred comparing to antioxidant standards (Ascorbic acid, BHT). High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analyses of E14, F5, and F8 were evaluated and 4, 5, 6 Phenolic compounds were produced respectively. Anticancer activity of E14, F5, F8 as well as the mixture of F5+ F8 was determined against three cancer cell lines (HepG2, MCF7 &PC3) against MTT assay. The obtained results showed that fractions and mixture of fractions exhibited greater activity and lower IC50 compared to their crude extract(ranged 19.78 to 20.31 against HepG2, and 18.77 to 38.28 against McF7 and from 19.39 to 21: 84 µgmL-1 against Pc3) compared to 36.28 to 32.29, 41.41 µgL-1 of E14 respectively. |

| Summary, etc. | تم تنميه ثلاث انواع من الطحالب الخضراء الدقيقه فى ظروف نمو مثلى من وسط غذائى و شده الاضاءه وتركيز النيتروجين و الملوحه والتواقت الضوئى تحت درجه حراره ثابته وتهويه مستمره بهواء يمر من خلال فلتر بكتيرى .تم استخلاص الكتله الحيويه الناتجه من المعاملات المختلفه باستخدام مذيبات عضويه متباينها لقطبيه ونتج عنهم 36مستخلص خام(E 36)و لقدتم اختبار قدرتهم كمضادات اكسده (باستخدام DPPH , KMnO4) واظهرت النتائج ان مستخلص طحلب الدكتيوكلوربسيس سبلنديداD.splendida والذى نمى فى ظروف 3جم/لتر من النترات وتم استخلاص كتلته الحيويه بالايثيل اسيتات هو الذى اعطى اكبر نشاط مضاد للاكسده ( 85% ) وتم اعتباره المستخلص الخام الواعد (E14)تمت تجزئه المستخلص الواعد باستخدام عمود الفصل الكروماتوجرافى بالسليكا جل وباستخدام خليط من مذيبات مختلفه القطبيه تم الحصول على 11 جزء.(11F ) اعطت الاجزاء رقم 5و8اكبر نسبه كمضادات للاكسده وتم اختيارهما لدراسه النشاط المضاد للسرطان على ثلاثه انواع من السرطانات المنتشرهMCF7, PC3 & HepG2اثبتت النتائج ان جزيئات المستخلص الخام الواعد بعد فصلها قد زادت قدرتها كمضادات لانواعالسرطان المستخدمه وكذلك قل التركيز الذى يقتل 50%من الخلايا السرطانيه |
