Summary, etc. We report the theoretical engineering of omni-directional bandgap in a one-dimensional photonic crystal using three different refractive index profiles. The deformed refractive index and current profile parameters affecting the optical properties of the prepared mirrors are discussed. One-dimensional porous silicon photonic crystals are created by the electrochemical engineering etching process of silicon substrate in hydrofluoric acid-based liquid. We fabricate broad band porous silicon omni-directional mirrors having chirped sinusoidal refractive index profile and operating in the near-infrared wavelength range. Transfer matrix method is utilized to calculate the angular reflectance spectra of the experimentally obtained omni-directional mirrors for both transverse electric and transverse magnetic polarization.

Summary, etc. لقد تم فى هذا العمل عمل دراسة نظرية لبلورات فوتونية احادية الأبعاد بستخدم ثلاثة اشكال لمعاملات الانكسار. وكما قمت بمناقشة تاثير التشوه فى معايير معامل الانكسار و التيار على الخصائص البصرية للمرايا المعدة. تم إنشاء بلورات فوتونية من السيليكون المسامي أحادي البعد من خلال عملية الحفر الهندسية الكهروكيميائية لسيليكون في سائل حمض الهيدروفلوريك. بتصنيع مرايا سيليكون مسامية عريضة النطاق متعددة الاتجاهات ذات شكل متعرج جيبى لمعامل انكسار، وتعمل في نطاق الطول الموجي القريب من الأشعة تحت الحمراء. قد استخدم طريقة مصفوفة لحساب طيف الانعكاس الزاوي للمرايا الشاملة التي تم الحصول عليها عمليا لكل من الاستقطاب الكهربائي العرضي والاستقطاب المغناطيسي العرضي.
