| Summary, etc. | أجريت الدراسة الراهنة بهدف الوقوف على أدلة فاعلية برنامج معرفي سلوكي وتأثيره في خفض زملة الكرب المرتبطة بالسرطان لدى عينة من الناجيات من سرطان الثدي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (24) ناجية، وقد تم توزيعهن بالتساوي إلى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة، وقد قامت الباحثة بتصميم مقياس زملة الكرب المرتبطة بالسرطان، بالإضافة إلى تصميم البرنامج المعرفي السلوكي لخفض أعراض زملة الكرب المرتبطة بالسرطان، وقد اتبعت الدراسة الراهنة المنهج التجريبي بتطبيق (12) جلسة تدخل للمجموعة التجريبية بواقع جلسة أسبوعياً استغرقت مدتها ساعة ونصف، لمدة ثلاثة أشهر، في الوقت الذي لم تتلقى فيه المجموعة الضابطة أي برامج تدخل فردية، ولمعرفة مدى استمرار فاعلية برنامج التدخل وتأثيره، طبقت الباحثة جلسة متابعة بعد الانتهاء من تطبيق برنامج التدخل بعد مرور ثلاثة أشهر من انتهاء البرنامج. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن البرنامج المعرفي السلوكي كان فعالاً ومؤثراً في خفض أعراض زملة الكرب المرتبطة بالسرطان لدى عينة الناجيات من مرض سرطان الثدي، وأوصت الدراسة بأهمية إدراج التدخل بالمنحى المعرفي السلوكي لإدارة الأعراض النفسية لدى الناجيات من مرض سرطان الثدي. |

| Summary, etc. | The current study was conducted to examine evidence of the efficacy of a cognitive-behavioral program and its impact on reducing cancer-related distress syndrome among a sample of breast cancer survivors. The sample consisted of 24 survivors, evenly divided into experimental and control groups. The researcher designed a scale for cancer-related distress syndrome, in addition to developing a cognitive-behavioral program aimed at alleviating symptoms of this syndrome. The current study followed an experimental methodology, implementing 12 intervention sessions for the experimental group, with one session per week lasting an hour and a half, for three months. Meanwhile, the control group did not receive any individual intervention programs. To assess the sustainability of the intervention's efficacy and impact, the researcher conducted a follow-up session three months after the completion of the intervention program. The results indicated that the cognitive-behavioral program was effective and had a significant impact on reducing symptoms of cancer-related distress syndrome among the breast cancer survivor sample. The study recommended the importance of incorporating cognitive-behavioral interventions for managing psychological symptoms among breast cancer survivors. |
