Summary, etc. The rapid growth in traffic demand has outpaced the expansion of road networks, <br/>which is limited by public space and resources. As a result, traffic management <br/>solutions, particularly Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), have become vital. ITS <br/>applications collect and process real-time data to assist users in making informed <br/>decisions. One common ITS tool is the Advanced Traveler Information System <br/>(ATIS), widely used for route guidance via smartphones. Most ATIS applications offer <br/>users k-shortest paths but typically recommend the single shortest path. However, <br/>assigning many users to the same routes can lead to congestion, unbalanced travel <br/>times, and route oscillations, reducing network efficiency. <br/><br/> <br/><br/>This research addresses the issue by developing a proactive dynamic user equilibrium <br/>assignment algorithm for ATIS. The aim is to minimize total travel time, reduce <br/>oscillations, and predict user travel times. The algorithm calculates k-shortest paths <br/>using real-time data and assigns users based on stored route probabilities. A case study <br/>in Cairo Governorate demonstrates that the algorithm improves average network travel <br/>time by about 12% when user penetration reaches 100%.

Summary, etc. لم يواكب توسع شبكات الطرق النمو المتزايد في الطلب على حركة المرور، نتيجة محدودية الأماكن والموارد العامة. لذلك، أصبحت إدارة المرور، خاصة عبر أنظمة النقل الذكي (ITS)، حلاً أساسياً. حيث توفر تطبيقات ITS بيانات فورية لمساعدة مستخدمي الطرق على اتخاذ قرارات أفضل، ومن أبرزها أنظمة معلومات المستخدمين المتقدمة (ATIS) المستخدمة في توجيه المسارات عبر الهواتف الذكية. عادةً، توصي هذه الأنظمة بأقصر مسار، مما قد يؤدي إلى ازدحامها وتذبذب المستخدمين على المسارات البديلة، وبالتالي ضعف كفاءة الشبكة. لذلك، يقترح البحث الحالي خوارزمية ديناميكية استباقية لتوزيع المستخدمين على الطرق البديلة ضمن ATIS، بهدف تقليل زمن الرحلات الكلي والحد من التذبذب وتحسين دقة التنبؤ بزمن الرحلة. تعتمد الخوارزمية على بيانات زمن الرحلة المحدثة لحساب وتخصيص أفضل المسارات للمستخدمين بناءً على احتمالات مخزنة. أظهر تدراسة حالة بمحافظة القاهرة تحسنًا بنسبة 12% في متوسط زمن الرحلة عند وصول معدل استخدام النظام إلى 100%.
