Feline hepatopathies are considered common disorders facing small animal <br/>practitioners. The feline hepatopathy was about 26 % of total diseased cats in Egypt. The <br/>recorded incidence was 42.9% Cholangiohepatitis, 25% Cholestasis, 15.6% Hepatic lipidosis, <br/>12.5% Infectious hepatopathies, and 3.9% Triaditis. The recorded infectious diseases were <br/>feline infectious peritonitis, feline panleukopenia, Mycoplasma haemofelis, and feline <br/>panleukopenia mixed with Toxocara cati infection. Comprehensive clinical, radiographic, <br/>ultrasonographic, and hemato-biochemical investigations besides hepatocyte-derived <br/>miRNA-122 evaluation were conducted on all animals. Ascetic fluid examination, fecal <br/>analysis, and rapid tests were applied to suspected cases. Histopathological, cytological <br/>examinations, and statistical analysis were also performed. Hepatic biomarker (miRNA-122) <br/>recorded fold increase of 13.3 ± 0.12 in cholangio-hepatitis cases compared to healthy cats, <br/>7.64 ± 0.31 in infectious hepatopathies affected cases, 5.04 ± 0.16 in hepatic lipidosis, 3 ± <br/>0.56 in triaditis affected cases, and 2.3 ± 0.19 fold in cases with cholestasis. Mi-RNA-122 <br/>was a specific biomarker for early detection of hepatocellular injury other than traditional <br/>hepatic function tests. We investigated the anatomical relationship between cat liver, <br/>pancreas, and intestine. Moreover, we studied the cat hepato-pancreatic duct system and <br/>showed the postmortem findings in cases of FHL. |

تعتبر الاعتلالات الكبدية لدى القطط من الاضطرابات الشائعة التي تواجه ممارسي طب الحيوانات الصغيرة. وقد شكلت أمرض الكبد عند القطط حوالي ٢٦% من إجمالي الحالات المصابة في مصر. بلغت نسبة الإصابة بالالتهاب الكبدي الصفراوي ٤٢.٩% ، الركود صفراوي ٢٥% ، الاعتلال الكبدي الدهني١٥.٦%، الاعتلال الكبدي ذو المسبب المعدي ١٢.٥% والالتهابالثالوثي٩ ٣٫%. شملتا لأمراض المعدية الالتهاب البريتونيا لقططي المعدي ، والبارفو القططي، والميكوبلازما الدموية، والبارفو القططي المختلط مع عدوى ديدان الاسكارس. تم إجراء فحوصات سريرية وشعاعية وتصوير بالموجات فوق الصوتية وعمل فحص للدم والكيمياء الحيوية له بالإضافة إلى تقييم الحمض النووي الريبوزي رقم ١٢٢ المشتق من خلايا الكبد لجميع الحيوانات. تم فحص السائل الاستسقائي وتحليل البراز وعمل الاختبارات السريعة على الحالات المشتبه فيها. كما تم أيضا إجراء الفحص النسيجي والخلوي والتحليل الإحصائي. سجل المؤشر الحيوي الكبدي للحمض النووي الريبوزي رقم ١٢٢ زيادة معنوية حوالي ثلاثة عشر ضعفًا في حالات الالتهاب الكبدي الصفراوي مقارنة بالقطط السليمة، وسبعة اضعاف في حالات الاعتلال الكبدي ذو المسبب المعدي. وخمسة اضعاف في حالات الاعتلال الكبدي الدهني وثلاثة اضعاف في حالات الالتهاب الثالوثي، وضعفين في حالات الركود الصفراوي. كان الحمض النووي الريبوزي رقم ١٢٢ دليل حيوي متخصص للكشف المبكر عن إصابة الخلايا الكبدية بخلاف اختبارات وظائف الكبد التقليدية. قمنا بدراسة العلاقة التشريحية بين الكبد والبنكرياس والأمعاء في القطط علاوة على دراسة نظام القناة الكبدية البنكرياسية للقطط واظهار نتائج تشريح الكبد بعد الوفاة في حالات الاعتلال الكبدي الدهني. |
