| Summary, etc. | This thesis is concerned with the quantitative determination of some Heterocyclic compounds broadly distributed in nature. Heterocyclic compounds play a crucial role in biochemical functions and have numerous applications in pharmaceutical chemistry. Medications containing heterocyclic core skeletons have been developed to combat a variety of conditions. Heterocycles are incredibly versatile compounds harnessed to treat a wide range of ailments and injuries.<br/>In this thesis, Chlorphenoxamine hydrochloride and Caffeine in their binary mixture have been studied. The aim of this work is to develop different analytical methods characterized by simplicity, accuracy and appropriate degree of sensitivity for analysis of the above-mentioned drugs besides being green in different matrices.<br/>This thesis contains five chapters in addition to Arabic and English summaries.<br/>Chapter I; General introduction and Literatures Review.<br/>Chapter II; Novel RP-HPLC-DAD Approach for Simultaneous Determination of Chlorphenoxamine Hydrochloride and Caffeine with Their Related Substances.<br/>Chapter III; Novel Green Screen-Printed Potentiometric Sensor for Monitoring Antihistamine Drug Chlorphenoxamine HCl in Various Matrices.<br/>Chapter IV;Smart Green Spectrophotometric Estimation and Content Uniformity Testing of Chlorphenoxamine HCl and Caffeine in Bulk Forms and<br/>Combined Pharmaceutical Formulation.<br/>Chapter V; General Conclusion. |

| Summary, etc. | تتناول هذه الرسالة دراسة تحليلية لبعض الأدوية التي تحتوي على حلقات غير متجانسة سواء منفردة أو في مخاليط. وقد تم اختيار بعض المركبات وهي الكافيين مع هيدروكلوريد الكلورفينوكسامين والهدف من هذه الرسالة هو استنباط طرائق جديدة تتميز بالبساطة والدقة ودرجة الحساسية المناسبة لتحليل هذه المركبات في وجود نواتج تحللها أو الشوائب، وإمكانية تطبيق الطرائق المستحدثة لتحليل الأدوية المختارة في مستحضراتها الصيدلية ومقارنتها بالطرائق المرجعية. <br/>تحتوي هذه الرسالة على خمسه أجزاء تتضمن التراث العلمي والدراسة العملية وملخصين باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.<br/>الفصل الأول: مقدمة عامة بالإضافة إلى التراث العلمي.<br/> يعرض هذا الجزء مقدمة عامة عن المركبات التي تحتوي على حلقه غير متجانسة. ويتضمن أيضاُ الأثر الطبي والخصائص الفيزيائية والكيميائية للأدوية المختارة. كما يعرض حصراً للطرائق المنشورة في التراث العلمي المستخدمة في تحليل هذه الأدوية في صورتها النقية ومستحضراتها الصيدلية وفي السوائل الحيوية.<br/>الفصل الثاني: نهج جديد بواسطة طريقة كروماتوغرافيا السائل ذات الأداء العالي للتعيين المتزامن لهيدروكلوريد الكلورفينوكسامين والكافيين مع المواد ذات الصلة.<br/> في هذه الدراسة تم تطوير طريقة كروماتوغرافيا السائل ذات الأداء العالي وصديقة للبيئة والتحقق من صحتها من اجل التحديد المتزامن للكافيين مع هيدروكلوريد الكلورفينوكسامين وشوائبهم جنبا الي جنب اما في شكل مسحوق نقي او في صيغة صيدلانية. تم الفصل باستخدام عمود فصل كربوني-18 و استخدام مزيج فصل متدرج يتكون من المذيب (أ) محلول منظم من الفوسفات (اس هيدروجيني = 3 ) و المذيب (ب) (ميثانول) و تم تعيين المركبات عند طول موجي 222 نانو مترحيث تم التأكد من المأمونية البيئية باستخدام أدوات تقييم مختلفة. |
