Summary, etc.	This thesis focuses on analytical techniques for active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) containing carbonyl groups and is divided into four parts:<br/>Part I: General Introduction and Aim of Work<br/>Provides an introduction to the selected mixtures for study and the objectives of the research.<br/>Part II: Analytical Study on Lidocaine HCl and Oxytetracycline HCl<br/>This part covers the analysis of lidocaine HCl and oxytetracycline HCl, especially in the presence of lidocaine HCl impurity (2,6-dimethylaniline).<br/>Section 1: Introduction to the mixture selected and their impurities, along with a review of methods for their analysis.<br/>Section 2: Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) combined with densitometry for determining lidocaine HCl and oxytetracycline HCl.<br/>Section 3: High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) for determining lidocaine HCl, oxytetracycline HCl, and the impurity 2,6-dimethylaniline using a green RP-HPLC method.<br/>Section 4: Spectrophotometric methods for simultaneous quantification of compounds using different univariate techniques.<br/>Section 5: Multivariate methods (PLS and PCR) for analyzing the three compounds in pure forms and pharmaceutical formulations for improving data analysis and efficiency.<br/>Part III: Analytical Study on Ivermectin and Closantel<br/>This part explores ivermectin and closantel.<br/>Section 1: Overview of their properties, pharmacokinetics, and analytical methods.<br/>Section 2: Spectrophotometric analysis of ivermectin and closantel using univariate methods, validated according to ICH guidelines.<br/>Part IV: Analytical Study on Carprofen<br/>This part focuses on the analysis of carprofen.<br/>Section 1: Introduction to carprofen’s properties and determination methods.<br/>Section 2: Differential pulse voltammetry for carprofen determination using a graphene nanoplatelets modified carbon paste electrode, applied to pure substances, pharmaceutical formulations, and spiked milk samples.<br/>Each analytical technique is validated according to ICH guidelines and demonstrates effectiveness in determining these drugs in pure and pharmaceutical forms

Summary, etc.	تتناول هذه الرسالة دراسة تحليلية لبعض الأدوية المحتوية على مجموعة الكربونيل، وتنقسم إلى أربعة أجزاء رئيسية:<br/>الجزء الأول: مقدمة عامة وهدف البحث<br/>يتناول تعريف مجموعة الكربونيل وأنواعها، بالإضافة إلى المخاليط المختارة للدراسة:<br/>مخلوط من هيدروكلوريد الليدوكايين والأوكسي تيتراسيكلين مع الشائبة 6،2-دايميثيل أنيلين.<br/>مخلوط من الأيفيرميكتين والكلوزانتيل.<br/>دواء الكاربروفين.<br/>ويهدف البحث إلى تطوير طرق جديدة وسهلة ودقيقة لتحليل هذه المخاليط.<br/>الجزء الثاني: دراسة تحليلية لهيدروكلوريد الليدوكايين والأوكسي تيتراسيكلين في وجود الشائبة 6،2-دايميثيل أنيلين<br/>ينقسم إلى خمسة مقاطع:<br/>المقدمة والتراث العلمي: شرح خواص المواد محل الدراسة وطرق التحليل السابقة.<br/>كروماتوجرافيا الطبقة الرقيقة: فصل المركبات باستخدام مزيج من التولوين، كلوروفورم، وميثانول.<br/>كروماتوجرافيا السائل عالية الأداء: استخدام عمود C18 لفصل المركبات باستخدام مزيج من الإيثانول وكربونات الصوديوم.<br/>طرق طيفية: استخدام تقنيات مختلفة مثل اختلاف النسبة والضرب الثابت لتحديد المركبات.<br/>طرق كيمومترية: تحليل المركبات باستخدام تقنيات متقدمة مثل المربعات الصغرى الجزيئية.<br/>الجزء الثالث: دراسة تحليلية للأيفيرميكتين والكلوزانتيل<br/>ينقسم إلى مقطعين:<br/>المقدمة والتراث العلمي: شرح خواص الأيفيرميكتين والكلوزانتيل.<br/>طرق طيفية: تحديد المركبين بشكل متزامن في المخاليط، وتطبيق هذه الطرق في المنتجات البيطرية.<br/>الجزء الرابع: دراسة تحليلية للكاربروفين<br/>ينقسم إلى مقطعين:<br/>المقدمة والتراث العلمي: شرح خواص الكاربروفين.<br/>طريقة فولتامترية: تطوير طريقة فولتامترية باستخدام قطب عجينة الكربون المعدل بالجرافين لتحديد الكاربروفين في المحاليل الصيدلانية واللبن.<br/>تحتوي الرسالة على 52 شكلًا، 43 جدولًا، و215 مرجعًا.
