| Summary, etc. | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التحقق من فاعلية برنامج إرشادي وقائي قائم على التعقل لتنمية التنظيم الانفعالي لدى المراهقين، وكذلك الكشف عن أثر تنمية التنظيم الانفعالي في الكفاءة الاجتماعية لدى المجموعة التجريبية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة الحالية من (40) طالبًا وطالبة ممن تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (15-16) عاماً، وتم تقسيم عينة الدراسة إلى مجموعتين إحداهما تجريبية قوامها (20) طالبًا وطالبة، والأخرى ضابطة قوامها (20) طالبًا وطالبة، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج التجريبي، واشتملت أدوات الدراسة على مقياس التنظيم الانفعالي إعداد (Gratz& Roemer (2004 ترجمة مرام فهمي، ومقياس الكفاءة الاجتماعية لدى المراهقين (إعداد: الباحثة)، وبرنامج إرشادي وقائي قائم على التعقل من (إعداد: الباحثة)، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى فاعلية البرنامج الإرشادي المستخدم لتنمية التنظيم الانفعالي لدى المراهقين، وكذلك تحسين الكفاءة الاجتماعية لدى المراهقين. |

| Summary, etc. | This study aimed to verify the effectiveness of a preventive counseling program based on reasoning to develop emotional regulation among adolescents, as well as to reveal the effect of developing emotional regulation in increasing social competence among the experimental group. The sample of the current study consisted of (40) male and female students aged between (15-16) years old. The study sample was divided into two groups, one experimental group consisting of (20) male and female students, and the other a control group consisting of (20) male and female students. The experimental method was used, The study tools included the emotional regulation scale Gratz & Roemer, 2004), the social competence scale for adolescents (prepared by: the researcher), and a preventive counseling program based on reasoning (prepared by: the researcher). The study concluded the effectiveness of the counseling program used to develop emotional regulation in adolescents. As well as improving social competence among adolescents. |
