| Summary, etc. | يهدف البحث إلى تحسين مؤشر البناء الذكي عبر تطبيق هندسة القيمة في تصميم المشروعات، مع التركيز على تقليل التكاليف وزيادة كفاءة الموارد المستخدمة في تنفيذ المشروعات. يُظهر البحث أهمية مرحلة التصميم كعامل حاسم في تحقيق أهداف المشروع، إذ تمثل تلك المرحلة حوالي 3% فقط من التكلفة الإجمالية للمشروع لكنها تؤثر بشكل كبير يتجاوز 55% على التكلفة النهائية. اعتمدت الدراسة على استخدام مؤشر البناء الذكي (BS) كأداة لتحليل الأنظمة المختلفة، مثل الهيكل الإنشائي، الجدران، والخصائص الأخرى، مع استبدال مؤشر توفير العمالة التقليدي (LSI) بمؤشر هندسة القيمة (VEI) للحصول على نتائج أكثر دقة وموثوقية. تبنت الدراسة منهجًا وصفيًا تحليليًا، واعتمدت على استبيانات شملت 130 ردًا كاملاً ومقابلات نصف مهيكلة مع خبراء في المجال. كما استخدمت التحليل الإحصائي والشبكات العصبية لتحديد الأوزان النسبية للمعايير المختلفة التي تؤثر على جودة التصميم. نتج عن الدراسة إعداد عشر عمليات رئيسية لكل من الأنظمة الثلاثة المحددة في المعادلة، مع توضيح المدخلات والمخرجات المطلوبة لكل عملية. ساهمت هذه العمليات في تحسين الكفاءة التصميمية بشكل كبير، مما يتيح تطبيق تلك النتائج في مختلف البيئات والقطاعات، لا سيما في المشاريع الكبيرة والمعقدة. تؤكد الدراسة كذلك على أهمية التكامل بين المعايير الفنية والتحليل الإحصائي لتحقيق تصميم مثالي يسهم في تحقيق أهداف المشروعات بكفاءة أكبر واستدامة أعلى. |

The SBS formula considers multiple systems, such as structural elements, walls, and other key features, while replacing the traditional Labour Saving Index (LSI) with the Value Engineering Index (VEI) to achieve more precise and reliable results.<br/>A descriptive analytical approach was adopted, involving 130 completed surveys and semi-structured interviews with experts in construction and project management. Advanced techniques, including neural network models and statistical analysis, were employed to determine the relative weight of design criteria affecting project outcomes. The findings resulted in the creation of ten processes for each of the three primary systems, detailing specific inputs and outputs for every process. These developments significantly enhance design optimization, enabling their application across diverse environments and contexts, particularly in large-scale and complex projects. The study underscores the importance of integrating technical standards and data-driven methods to achieve optimal designs that align with project goals, improve efficiency, and ensure long-term sustainability. |
