| Summary, etc. | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم أثر منظومة التدريب على كفاءة إدارة الأزمات في مركز أورام سوهاج. تسعى الدراسة للإجابة على السؤال الرئيسي التالي: " أي مدى تؤثر المنظومة التدريبية على إدارة الأزمات بالتطبيق على مركز علاج الأورام سوهاج؟تكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في تسليط الضوء على دور التدريب المستمر في تطوير مهارات الكوادر وتأهيلهم للتعامل مع المواقف الطارئة. كما تسعى الدراسة إلى تقديم توصيات عملية لتحسين منظومة التدريب الحالية، بما يسهم في رفع جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمرضى وتعزيز قدرة المركز على مواجهة التحديات.حيث هدفت الدراسة الي تقييم مدى ملاءمة برامج التدريب الحالية لاحتياجات إدارة الأزمات في المركز وتحديد العلاقة بين مستوى التدريب وفعالية إدارة الأزمات.وتم تنفيذ ذلك من خلال الإطار النظري للدراسة ومحتوياته من مراجعة الادبيات، وكذلك الجانب العملى من خلال الإستبيان والتى يحددها تحليل إجابات أفراد العينة ومدى موافقتهم على محاور الدراسة. تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في هذه الدراسة. وتم جمع البيانات من خلال استبيان موزع على عينة عشوائية من 260 موظفًا يمثلون مختلف التخصصات في المركز. تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام أساليب إحصائية مناسبة.تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي، و القيام بتحليل المعطيات و البيانات التي تحصلنا عليها من ميدان الدراسة:حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة وقوية بين المنظومة التدريبية وإدارة الأزمات، مما يؤكد أن الاستثمار في التدريب يساهم بشكل كبير في تعزيز قدرة المركز على التعامل مع الأزمات. كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن تعزيز المهارات الشخصية، ولا سيما مهارات التواصل والقيادة، يلعب دوراً حاسماً في نجاح إدارة الأزمات.<br/>وأوصت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: 1. تحديث وتطوير البرامج التدريبية لإدارة الأزمات عن طريق تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية و إجراء تقييم شامل للبرامج التدريبية الحالية لتحديد نقاط القوة والضعف،<br/>2. تنظيم برامج تدريبية منتظمة ومحاكاة للأزمات تحتوى على تدريب نظري لتقديم معلومات حول مبادئ إدارة الأزمات، خطط الطوارئ، تدريب عملي: إجراء تمارين عملية ومحاكاة لأزمات مختلفة. 3. إنشاء وحدة متخصصة لإدارة الأزمات يتم اختيار فريق عمل مؤهل ومتخصص في مجالات إدارة الأزمات والاستجابة للطوارئ. 4. تكوين قيادات صف ثاني قادرة على قيادة المركز أثناء الأزمات في مختلف المستويات الإدارية والوظيفية ويتم إجراء تقييم شامل للمهارات الحالية لقيادات الصف الثاني في مجال إدارة الأزمات، تصميم برامج تدريبية مخصصة تلبي احتياجاتهم. |

| Summary, etc. | This study aimed to evaluate the impact of the training system on crisis management efficiency at Sohag Cancer Center. The primary research question was: "To what extent does the training system affect crisis management when applied to Sohag Cancer Center? The study's significance lies in highlighting the role of continuous training in developing the skills of staff members and preparing them to handle emergencies. What's more, the study seeks to provide practical recommendations for improving the current training system, enhancing the quality of services offered to patients, and strengthening the center's ability to face challenges The study's objectives were to assess the suitability of current training programs for the needs of crisis management at the center, to determine the relationship between the level of training and the effectiveness of crisis management, and to propose recommendations to improve the training system to ensure an effective response to crises A descriptive analytical approach was adopted in this study. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to a random sample of 260 employees representing various specialties at the center. The data was analyzed using appropriate statistical methods. The results of the study showed a positive and strong correlation between the training system and crisis management, confirming that : investing in training significantly enhances the center's ability to handle crises. The results also indicated that enhancing personnel skills, particularly communication and leadership skills, plays a crucial role in the success of crisis management. The researcher recommended several recommendations, including 1-We are updating and developing training programs for crisis management by identifying training needs and conducting a comprehensive evaluation of current training programs to identify strengths and weaknesses. 2-Organizing regular training programs and simulations for crises, including theoretical training to provide information on the principles of crisis management, emergency plans, and practical training: conducting practical exercises and simulations of various crises. 3-Establishing a specialized unit for crisis management, and selecting a qualified team specialized in the fields of crisis management and emergency response. 4-Forming second-line leaders capable of leading the center during crises at various administrative and functional levels, conducting a comprehensive assessment of the current skills of second-line leaders in the field of crisis management, and designing customized training programs to meet their needs. |
